I placed an order to go pick up by 11:30pm and as I drove up to pick up the order I got out and the lady inside with glasses and missing teeth locked the door now correct me if I’m wrong but Waffle House is 24hrs and when I got out my vehicle which was before 11:30 she went and locked the door they have 2 couples inside sitting down and eating. My thing is why lock the door she claimed it was policy but they 24hrs I don’t know if it’s a race thing or not but it was giving just that

Miya and Pax were the MVPs today. Andy was up there cleaning the tables with the quickness and being quick and helpful too. Pax was super accommodating and provided excellent service. Miya was a cool, calm and collected leader. It was packed when I arrived and the way she led the team was impeccable. She not only delegated tasks in a respectful manner, where it was needed she even stepped in not to do someone else's task but to teach and lead by example. She was helping the young lady washing dishes and giving her pointers to increase efficiency, all while still calling orders, reminding servers to pick up orders and also accommodating customers. She was truly a rockstar! Pax and Andy too! Just wanted to give them their flowers. Thanks for the superior experience y'all.

The waffle they make is really thin like half inch or less, nothing like the photo, and it's overpriced, not worth $8. The coffee is watered down, if one creamer cup makes it light brown you know it's weak. I got the steak and cheese hashbrown, it had too much hashbrown, very little steak pieces, little onion, little cheese, I wouldn't order it again, if I did i would add eggs to it because they don't add much to it. I don't think we'll be back here, staff was nice though. Just not happy with the food, coffee, waffle...

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one had to be posted. For the past 3 visits we get a different server and all of them are rude and with a bad attitude. Zero service skills and no work ethic. No wonders this places are failing to keep open
