Very good food, as expected. It was very packed and short staffed when I went, but all of the workers still did a great job getting our food out in a timely manner and checking up on us.

Jessica was unbelievably rude. As I walk in she asks whether it's dine in or take out and when I say dine in she lets out a very loud sigh like I just ruined her day. I get it, it's late and it may be nearing the end of your shift but it was just myself coming in and I hope as an adult you can maintain some professionalism or just common courtesy. She takes my order eventually and is very short and rude the whole time. Eventually she gets my drink as my food is finished and being handed to me so I got to awkwardly sit there for just under 10 minutes without a drink waiting for my food. As the cook handed me my order he realized he forgot the toppings and fixed it so I greatly appreciated that and the food was also really good. Jessica didn't check back in, didn't refill my drink, and didn't get the Tabasco, creamer, or Splenda I politely asked for at the beginning of the meal. Overall the food was standard and good but Jessica was a horrible server and ruined the meal. Also talking about mental breakdowns you have at work BECAUSE of work as Jessica did is just a generally weird thing to talk about. I'm just passing through Houston for work but I wouldn't recommend this Waffle House.

Went there with my brother in law after Doctors visit and really enjoyed it.!!!
Didn’t even attend us. Waited 15 mins while two groups of people, one of 2 and one of 4, that came after us got sat before us, it was only 2 of us. Thats why the one on college st is better.

Don’t come here, it’s roaches, soon as we came in at 10:30pm the staff told us we couldn’t sit in because they were closed and the sign stated it closed at 11 for the inside. They rush you out and don’t care for they jobs. I advise anyone don’t come here if you want to eat in your car

Food was good service terrible waitress Joy is rude our ticket had additional charges aside from the egg up charge on it when asked for an explanation the cashier couldn’t decipher it and asked Joy for assistance she stated we asked for extra bacon which we didn’t and said she bought us extra bacon which we didn’t receive food is good don’t sit in Joy’s section she doesn’t want you there
