So they discreetly charge 20% on to go orders then I left another 20% on the entire total including the other 20% which is not that big of a deal. But the real problem is the got my order completely wrong and don’t even have a phone to call. You would think with a $16 tip they could get it right.

This branch of waffle house is not organized, they bring food in half and half, they forget some orders, and I saw human hair inside the food, they claimed they can not see the hair. It was a terrible experience for me.

Went late at night. The person taking orders thought I was drunk and added herself a tip, which should only be 20 dollars at most. She told me 32 dollars. I said that can’t be right she noted o I am sorry and re wrong up the correct price. Watch it they try to add their own tips.

After looking at the filthy food preparation area,and literally seeing flies landing on the food.I quickly after a 25 minute wait for my order.Demanded a refund and got the hell out of there. Totally disgusting.

3AM at the waffle house, Been drankin all night, Cook had face tattoos so I knew my food was about to be good, I just got my hash browns, pray a fight don’t break out before I ask for this baddies number. That crispy bacon never miss.

Service was chaotic. Crew seemed inexperienced. Place was busy, but a few seats available. When I got there there was a crew member cleaning the ceiling tiles, happy to see, but maybe not during breakfast rush on a Sunday morning. Crew needs more time together. I finished my food but had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my ticket, while the gentleman next to me had his ticket early, then waited 20+ minutes for his food, and it wasn't correct the first time. Food was ok. Taste was great, waffle wasn't full size, and grits had some chunks in it. Crew needs work/experience.

The Waffle House hits the spot everytime time I'm getting home from work or on my way to college. The staff is truly amazing at all times of the day…I recommend everyone on their way out of town or coming into town should first make a stop at the best waffle house on the north side!!

Amazing customer service! I was pleased with the wait time. When we walked in, we were greeted by multiple voices. It was refreshing and the store was clean. As a F&B supervisor for over 17 years, I can say if this was my staff I would be proud. Keep up the good work! We will be back just for the customer service.

im typically lenient with WH service I understand they can test your patience lol. but this location needs a change in management or just needs to be shut down completely. took 15 minutes just to order and another 20 minutes after that, our order still hadn't even began being cooked! understandable if they were busy but there were no customers in front of us either!!! just a complete lack of urgency, i honestly couldn't believe it. skip this location and find another TRUST ME
