The service sucks bad here. I love walffe house but not this one.. 4 dirty tables when we came in and didn't bother clean them. Wait a good while before they finally did. Ordered and never brought our dinks till we started asking for them.. getting a refill was out of the question.. Just terrible.

I wasn't satisfied with my service and she didn't put any condiments for my food I have to ask for plastic WEAR because she was so stuck on her phone , which I'm sure she shouldn't have on shift I do not know her name younger lady with Red box braids usually my time is great when I come , but this time I wasn't pleased I don't know if I will go to back this location she was making waffles and all not washing hands .

Food critic for Houston Texas. This Waffle House Customer service was trash. I asked for tables to be clean so I can sit down, and I was ignored. This restaurant is very filthy, and the customer service is horrible. Way too much talking not enough workers working. This was another wasted trip to this restaurant.
