Decided to order breakfast this morning and wanted Waffle House because they actually cook the food. $20.00 for the food $2-3 tip. The eggs were cold and had shells in my first bite and I ordered within 7 minutes of arriving. The grits were old and thick slightly heated with a little piece of cheese in it not melted because they weren’t fresh enough. The chicken sausage was okay and the raisin bread didn’t taste toasted just cut. I never leave reviews but $23 for egg shells and thick old grits is not okay. The woman that bagged my food seemed nice though.

Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Horrible service, food took forever, and the employees were arguing about who was going to serve me and my GF because they didn’t want to do it during shift changeover. The employees seriously need to be retrained because they have little to no customer service skills. The uncleanliness is crazy, tables weren’t wiped off for a good 20 minutes after customers had left and employees would just ignore the mess. A lot of confusion in the kitchen with the kitchen staff. I honestly wouldn’t even leave one star, but this platform forces me to leave one as a minimum. I get better customer service from my GFs frenchie.

We were in the area getting my car fixed and needed something quick to eat, you know we all love Waffle House so we hot an uber and headed there. It was really clean and the staff was pleasant but let me tell you this is the best Waffle House food I have had. The food was so good 😊 it tasted like Sunday morning breakfast at Grandma house. Thanks Ms Sonja 10/10

Its waffle house... Food is always the same- if you know... Ya know? Its hard for me to believe that there was no cook there at that time who knew how to make an omelette- got to see quite a few eggs and additions wasted while they tried. Glad I wasn't the one who wanted one...lol Coffee is always warm. Service is always crusty. Watching the soap opera of employees behind the counter is always better than daytime tv

Jennifer, our lovely waitress (sarcasm to clarify) was absolutely rude from the beginning. Took our order and acted out not like it was too difficult. It wasn’t. She brought our waffle to the table and just slid it across, we said thank you and…. Nothing. Food came out and was not cooked correctly, so we asked her send it back to correct it. Agian, she acted like we just asked her to do 100 pushups. She continued being snarky through the whole experience and honestly if you cannot hold your emotions and put a smile on your face you should not be in the service industry. She was tipped accordingly to the service we received, and when we brought it up to the cashier she smugly said “Thank you, Have a nice day”. She knew she was being a crappy waitress and took pride in it. DO BETTER WAFFLEHOUSE. We chose to spend our hard earned money with you and were treated like we were an inconvenience. What a joke.

JENNIFER (short white older lady with blonde braids) is by far the worst waitress I’ve ever had in my life. She is condescending, throws food on the table and gets irritated because food needed to be returned due to her not correctly writing down the order. I am never one to tip below 15% even if my waitress isn’t good. If they are I tip 20-30%. This experience was so uncomfortable and unenjoyable that I gave her a whopping .25 cents. That’s how much she ruined my dining experience. And then when I tried to report her to a purple haired lady, she just rolled her eyes at me and carried on with her day. And both of them proceeded to talk crap about us as well walked out the door. Disgusting customer service and the ratings for this Waffle House are low for good reason. There are better locations out there, do NOT waste your time with this one.

Went today holiday extremely busy! They need music playing(not an issue though that's a me issue) The Hostess was very nice and had seating in control!! Bacon was nice and crisp how I asked(thanks the the young man Ashton). Our waiter Steven seemed like he didn't want to be there never smiled when he took our order he wasnt speaking loud enough so it was hard to hear him and he had to repeat because we couldnt hear him the 1st time. Speak up and speak clear.. Overall the food is great and the area we sat was clean.
