This morning around 11:30am went with my Granddaughter to eat once inside I let did waitress know that the table was not clean? She stated she just had cleaned the table when there was still uh, spots and all on the table grease. So with that being said, she dared proceeded to clean the table. After the words we put in our order, I asked her for uh, plastic wear instead of silverware. She seemed to get a attitude. Snatched up the silverware and brought the plastic wear. Dan took our orders. While waiting for our orders to be prepared. She brought part of my order and my granddaughter's complete order. Which was waffle and PAN sausage, the waffle was not the correct size. Which are normal waffle size would be quite bigger, but it was the size of a regular pancake.

The parking lot was empty. I said "great I have the place to myself, I'm going to get good service." The server watched me as I parked and got out of the car. He or she went in the back as I approached the door and never came out to greet me. I left and went to another location.

Came here tonight to get some food they told me they are only doing hash brown bowls or orders. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all super dirty inside too. Why not let your employees stay home for the snow? They are missing out on money by lying.

I was craving waffles and convinced my husband to go. It used to have nice people behind the counter/waiters. Not anymore! This place is ghetto. Our waitress BARELY talked to us and it was VERY OBVIOUS she did NOT want to be there. NOT MY FAULT! Overall, the food was good, but I'd rather go elsewhere, if ill be treated like I'm not paying for my food and she's doing me a favor. NO THANK YOU! BYE!
Parking: Still the smallest parking area.
Kid-friendliness: My kids got treated like us. Nobody should be treated rudely no matter their age.

I don't care what anyone says. WH has withstood the test of time. Heck, it survived co-vid, alot of restaurants can't say that. Still one of the best options for your breakfast needs, no matter what time of the day. AND... there's something to be said for being able to watch your meal being prepared... ijs.

I've been to this waffle house for my whole life and never in my life have I ever felt uncomfortable in the atmosphere and employees before. Waitress would just act like she could care less about what we were saying and didn't give that friendly attitude that I would always feel with past waiters I had at this restaurant. People around weren't great either. This isn't the waffle house I remember, I expect better next time.

I haven’t been to location in about 8 years and the quality of service and food went downhill. I walked in and spoke and the employees just looked with attitude. They are not Friendly. The bacon looked like it cooked too fast because it was half cooked in spot and burned. When I asked if they correct it especially when I paid for extra for it the cook looked annoyed. This made me very uncomfortable
Delious as always and we hit the timimg just right, walked in and had a table ready to go.

Waffle House never disappoints! Their 24/7 availability is a lifesaver. Just a small tip: a little less time on the bacon would be perfect. Otherwise, top-notch!

I won't return to this location. Tables and counter were not cleaned, and I could hear one of the staff insisting he would only clean his table(s). I saw families walk in and back out because there were no cleaned spaces available. Hashbrowns were a little under cooked. Very little meat. Glad I asked for bacon. Disappointed with my visit. Next time, I'll go to the location on Westheimer.
