I loved their food and the wait time is crazy high and the fact that nobody acknowledges you. You have chase after the servers multiple time which is not fun. However, waiting is still alright if the staff make up to us by being apologetic or don't apology but show some empathy towards customers. One of the reason I will be not heading back.

I wanna say I love the food at Waffle. But I have to drive 10 extra miles to get good service. My wife and I tried several times to get good service at this particular one everytime we get disappointed!!! They’re rude and amateurish to say the least !

This is a waffle house . so out experience was as you would expect. But what I did like was the crew knowing about health code regulations and actually obeying them. like leaving the line to put her long hair up so that I didn't get it in my food! Well done crew!

Waited 35 minutes to be acknowledged, then was half greeted with dirty silverware. All the tables were dirty and there was no since of urgency. Will never be back to this location

My family and I came here twice and were not acknowledged either time after waiting about 15 minutes. There were 3 tables available all piled up with dishes. The moment that they cleared one table. We walked over there proceeded to sit down and we were told to get back up so they could wipe it. At that point we just left.

This store is absolutely the most horrible restaurant I’ve ever been to, I see why there wasn’t really any business there. I came this morning to order breakfast and the black girl with the blonde braids was not pleasant or welcoming. She also was eating with her bare hands in front of customers then proceeding to serve customers without washing her hands. That’s the most nastiest thing ever for a restaurant to present as their idea of employees, I’d advise everyone to watch their food!!
