March 30, 2024- I'm super disappointed, but before I start, lemme say this, the line of cooks are fantastic. Everyone was pleasant to interact with. My server was not attentive whatsoever, though. I had to literally ask for everything I needed to eat breakfast. Spoon to stir the coffee, utensils to eat the food, etc. Asked for well-done hashbrowns and well-done waffle; both did not happen. Sent the waffle back bc I thought they messed up bc it was SO soggy. No way this is what I ordered. Now, let's talk about the waffle, which is NOT a waffle. I've seen panty liners thicker than these waffles. It's just a suuuuuper skinny pancake with waffle markings on top. There was no rise to it at all. Just a really dense, griddled pancake. Maybe the batters old? Who knows? All I wanted was a decent waffle from WAFFLE House, but no. I don't think I'll revisit this location again, though.Finally, a 20% on takeout orders. I blame this on ppl who order takeout and don't tip. But some of us DO tip and it can feel like a double dip if a person doesn't observe or pay attention to the notice on the menu.

3.13.2024 went in to have breakfast, order brought out, and asked for sweet tea to drink. As I'm drinking my tea, something feels wrong going down. I looked in the cup, and there was a dead Bumble Bee. So, there must have been two, I called the manager TODD over to show him, and his response was, "YOU DIDN'T LIKE THE EXTRA FLAVOR HUH?? I'M SORRY I DIDN'T LOOK AT IT BEFORE I GAVE IT TO YOU." WHICH MEANS THEIR MACHINES USED ARE NOT CLEANED AS THERE WERE NO INSECTS FLYING AROUND. I asked for the corporate office number, which he finally gave me. I left once in the car here comes the regurgitating. I HAVE VOMITIED THREE TIMES. I'm at urgent care BP 192/162, so now I'm waiting. I will NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER WAFFLE HOUSE!!!!! If that's not enough, one of the waitreses was about to whoop the cook after arguing...... Pics below

I would have given a 5 star. The workers were nice and the food was delicious. The only thing is I paid for cheese eggs, got home & just had plain scrambled eggs. I'll definitely go back.

First and foremost, these 1 star reviews have to be fake. This place has the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. We came here as we was hungry, and upon arrival, the staff started complaining about who wasn't taking the table it continued for about 5 mins until one reluctantly came over and threw some menus on the table, couldn't believe the disrespect and loudness of the staff of them just arguing. Sat there for another 10 mins or so, and not one person came back to take our order. We just got up and left the restaurant. Mind you, there were only two other tables with customers there and about 5 or 6 employees. All I can say is just the most horrible experience ever.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen, I came in great the staff member Andrew he did not answer busy pressing his phone I ask for the menu hand it over to like without looking to see it I get it still continues to press his phone,when I said are you ready to take my order he then reluctantly took the order and continue to press his phone left the waffles in the waffles maker the waffles got burnt twice the third time was when he was able to make it right.i was totally disappointed the hunger disappeared in me.they need to train staff members.professionalism is the soul of business.

Food was nice and hot. Waiter was nice & attentive. The cook was nice & very quick. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our food or for her to come & ask us if we needed anything.

The lady on the grill was the bomb?.com. She was handling it everything was cooked to perfection. She even had some fire R&B TUNES PLAYING in the background. Great experience. Didn't catch her name. Thursday night, last night. 1/18/2024. There should be someone like her in every location. Service with a smile. ?????❤️?
