We went to the WH on FM 1960E near I 45N about 9:30 a. Right after the breakfast rush..the servers and cooks are first rate..been going there for years and years...But now hear this !!they're remodeling and closed for now 12/15/2025!!
The food was waffle house food. If you like it, then nothing i say will change that. If not, the same. Some of the employees were great. One tried to very obviously break the law and got upset when he was overruled, but overall a good experience. I'd visit again.
The only reason for the 5 star review is because of the cook! I don’t know his name but he works that grill and his food is 100 EVERY TIME! I tip him every time I decide to come to the Waffle House. The wait staff can be more attentive to their customers. They have personal conversations with each other and do not check on their customers regularly. They bring you the food and that’s it. I will be coming back only because of the COOK!!! Sometimes. Good food outweighs poor...
