I don't know why but every Walmart in Houston no matter where you go they have the trashiest people going in and out. employees, customers whatever. you name it and they're there and they're all trashy

The worst experience I've ever had in my life! This Walmart is disgusting! From the workers attitudes to the lack of carts, to the chaotic atmosphere! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE! It's a rat hole. The employees have more "I DON'T KNOW" answers then, "let me help you". It's just the worst! Avoid this location like the plague. Ps. Reasons why TARGET, is #1 in customer service! Walmart reminded me why TARGET is the place to shop!

DISGUSTING WALMART STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Have you ever been to a Walmart and there wasn't any shopping carts in the parking lot or by the store?! Well I've never seen it until today. You had customers looking for people walking back to their cars with their items just to take the carts from them because the employees weren't finding us carts. The ones available were damaged and didn't work. Eventually we found a cart in the parking lot but that's terrible. Store manager needs to get it together. Women's bathroom was DISGUSTING!!!! Toilet tissue everywhere on the floor and NO PAPER TOWELS!! Someone shut the damn bathroom door and I had to use my somewhat clean hands to reopen it to get out. Just terrible. I air dried my hands and used some sanitizer from the floor and put it back on the shelf. Oh well! I definitely won't be back at this store.

Prices are decent but the store is like a warehouse jumble with some interesting shoppers. Staff are not very attentive if you can even find one. Have a return? The line is very long with one person working, who may decide to take a break and escape at anytime. Don't expect a replacement as they are all busy deciding what to do next ! I guess you get what you pay for !!

Wally World is just what it sounds like, a jungle! The employees here are helpful but I feel like if you've been to one Walmart then you've been to them all (even though some are better than others)! My only problem is that this location is ALWAYS out of certain things and it's always the items that I'm craving. I miss Publix (back in Florida) because they always have what I want. Kudos to the women at the customer service check out because they pushed the line through expeditiously and I was in and out with ease! This is my neighborhood Walmart so I'll definitely be back for certain things.

You go to this location anytime after 7 pm I hope you have some protection because if you see what's hanging out front you might need it, you would think a manager wouldn't let that many people stand out there begging customers or robbing them or stealing customers cars, trucks, or whatever they can get their hands on.

I've shopped this store since it was opened. Bad thing is it's the only thing close to my house. Walmart ran off two Kroger's and an Heb. I started driving further to shop because this store had so many issues. Today's experience very little items on shelf no deodorant, no distilled water, no over the counter meds, no fans. The tomatoes were rotting on the floor so bad they'd already attracted small flies. Not one person seemed interested to fix that. When I finally reached the register the scale didn't work and the associate had no clue how to fix it. After two couldn't fix it I finally said I don't need them that bad. The store is like an oven it's so hot inside. Not to mention the shady folks loitering in parking lot.

The store itself is just like any other Walmart and since I live in jersey village I either go to this one or the one on 1960 & 290 but there has not been one single time that I don't get approach by homeless people asking for spare change on my way out usually when I am loading my car with groceries and if you ignore them or simply tell them you don't have any change they get very aggressive and verbal towards you. They should have a security in the parking lot to keep this under control. I know the area is bad already and highway 290 being right there contributes to this but their are actions Management can take to control this. Also when I was doing self check out I had my purse on top of my cart since I had a lot of items and I saw a man approach my cart I am pretty sure he wanted to snatch my purse, but I turn exactly at that moment and he pretended to grab a pack of lighters instead only to walk always and put in his pockets. It was clear this guy was homeless. Just doesn't make sense why they stop you at the door when you have a whole bunch of bagged groceries instead of this people. If you want to have a sketchy experience in Walmart this is the one to go to!

This was a horrific experience. They assumed that my boyfriend and I were stealing at the self check out so they needed two employees to stand there and mock us. There wasn't a problem with him up until I was standing there. My boyfriends black and I'm white . Now this didn't fully register in my head until I saw them forcefully stop another interracial couple. At this point I'm realizing " oh your f****** prejudice" . unprofessional, uneducated , insensitive workers .

I was anxious about coming here (at this particular location) I was surprised that I did not see a single bird. I literally even looked around and no bird. I even asked myself if it was the same location. As I got inside, I immediately noticed that there wasn't much people and it actually looked well organized and clean. And on top of that I did found certain items that I can't seem to find at my nearest Walmart.
