I bought a cake for my 21st birthday. It was one I picked online. All I wanted was happy 21st birthday francis. The only complaint I had was the writing on the cake. It looked really bad and I was in a hurry so I wasn’t able to get it fixed.

The customer service is so poor all the way from the manager to the associates. Bought sole baby Food from them and when I tried to return them cus my baby was reacting to out they refused to take it back
