Stopped here for dinner , we are from New Braunfels so love German food . Food was not on point tonight . Wife and I shared the Pork schnitzel , it legit had no flavor burnt breading taste . Tea was old tasting , root beer was out . service was good , they just didn’t know how to handled the feed back for the food . for 54$ was not worth it food wise.

Nice place with very good service and many craft beers on tap (i think around 30). The menu offers a mix of Pub food and German food. All food options look very good and the Schnitzel was good as well. Definitely a recommendation.

We went for their Oktoberfest celebration and were really impressed! Great German food and great beer, the kohlrouladen is such a great comfort food. We'll be glad to go back.
Excellent food and a nice rotating tap of 30 (mostly local) craft beers. Highly recommend the kasseler rippchen sandwich which is thinly cut smoked pork with Munster cheese, pickles, hot mustard, and sauerkraut. So good! Also, the German potato salad is amazing.

I really want to like this place because the service is solid and the beer selection is fantastic. $18 for 6 chicken wings is absolutely criminal, though. Hopefully this place rethinks its price point for the food quality before it gets lost in its own sauce.

Watershed is the gem of our neighborhood. We were so excited for it to open and have grown with it over the past several years! We feel at home here, whether we’re on the patio with our dog greeting patrons and enjoying the latest beer added, or attending their “beer dinners” where the staff create a unique tasting menu with perfectly paired beers. We come at least once a week and my favorites are the Brie Walnut poppyseed salad, the “Rachel” sandwich and all the burgers! My husband loves the schnitzel and bretzel! Service is outstanding 10/10!
