Great drinks but the service needs serious improvement. 1. It’s happened more than once where their app shows a reward or a freebie but when you get there the cashier barista doesn’t know how to ring it in and they never provide a solution, it’s always this oh well we just can’t do it attitude. 2. Service is slow and inefficient. Today the line was super long and that’s expected when a place has good products. What’s not expected is for the line to be long because the girl with the crochet bandana at the drive through window isn’t efficient. When I FINALLY got to the window I sat there for 3 minutes (yes I counted) before she even acknowledged me. When she finally opens the window, she’s repeating the WRONG order. So she had me waiting there because she was too busy preparing the WRONG drinks. Had she greeted me and acknowledged me when I got to the window like anyone with basic customer service skills, she would’ve saved herself from wasting time and making customers wait while she slowly prepares the wrong drinks. All I had was a drip coffee which takes 5 seconds to pour. She offered and gave me NO cream or sugar. And gave me a pastry she popped in the oven for a few seconds. It was still cold when she gave it to me. PLEASE Waygood train your staff better. If service can be as good as your beverages it’d be perfect!

Cute place, I went in though and employees didn’t really know much about the menu. My coffee was pretty watery. My boyfriends was delicious but they filled it with tons of ice that there was hardly anything to drink.

This is good if you want an alternative to Starbucks. Coffee quality decent but the drinks are waaaaaay too sweet. You hardly taste the coffee and it’s mostly milk & sugar. The coffee ratios are American sized and not your traditional authentic ratios. Patio is dog friendly, so that was nice. Overall, if you actually like and understand coffee, this is not a place for you.
