The person who helped me pick out my bottle of evoo was knowledgeable but she was also a little bit curt; she was also in the back on her phone and I had to go get her after waiting at the front counter for at least 5 minutes with no sign of anyone who worked there. After I left the store I realized that their prices are a bit high compared to similar and better quality products you can find online.Edit: this is in reply to the owners response. Lowered to two stars now. I know how to find high quality evoo and where to find it. I was stating a *fact* not an opinion. Maybe don't insult other people's ability to source the highest quality evoo.

I don’t know how my wife and I could have had such an intimate experience. Just pray you end up here on a slow day because the chef and the sommelier will literally give you a table side masterclass. I can’t tell you how excellent this pre-show experience was but get here…like now!

Celebrated a birthday party there last night. Could not have been happier. We had lots of wonderful appetizers, all absolutely delicious! The staff led by Aurora could not have been more gracious, accommodating and super efficient. It is a lovely atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

This place is super cute, yet has some awesome Texas Branded wine...I like they allow you to taste test all the wines for like 3 bucks or you can get a bottle,glass for very economical prices..food was good and they allow you to sample various bosonic vinegars with yummy bread,staff was super awesome and they have live music on Fridays...definitely will be back

My favorite establishment in the Heights! Luis and his team (Aurora, Sara and Greg) are extremely knowledgeable about the pairing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Must try the Peach Basil Mimosa. Trust me!
I want to like this place. Overall the wine was great and the food was tasty but the service was poor. The man who helped us came off very rude because I was not knowledgeable on wines. He seemed like we were a nuisance and inconvenience to have to serve us. Hopefully it was just that guy and would like to give this place another chance…

We’ve been here twice and liked it both times. We went to a wine tasting here and enjoyed it. They did a nice job pairing the samples with light snacks. Found a new Texas vineyard that we liked. Earlier we’d come on a Friday evening for a light dinner. They had a local musician there and the crowd was fun. The food was really good.

I am in love with this place. My friends and I went to celebrate their birthdays and I'm glad we chose We Olive & Wine Bar. There were many options for whatever your heart desired in a wine and the food was delicious. All of their flat breads are a must try, as well as their salad dressing. Aurora served us and she has the greatest personality. She kept us laughing, comfortable, and fed lol :) We will definitely be back
