Blake was great to work with and the cake was a hit! The strawberry flavor was delicious and stayed fresh the entire 7 hour reception.

Best cake vendor! The cake was divine - all the guests and venue staff raves about it. The process was so easy - perfect drop off on the day off. Pricing was extremely fair for the high quality cake. I highly recommend using Lane and Simple. Had to be one of my favorite vendors I worked with for our wedding.

I first had one of Anthony’s cakes at a wedding in 2017. While certain details of the day have inevitably faded with time, the memory of that first bite is as clear as day. Nearly five years later, when planning my own wedding, I was thrilled to see Lane and Simple on our venue’s recommended vendor list. Anthony was (as always) fantastic to work with, responsive, accommodating to our design requests, and yes, in case you’re wondering - the cake was every bit as good as I remember it that fall day in Brenham.

Lane & Simple did our wedding cake this weekend. Anthony has been super friendly and so easy to work with. We gave him an idea of what we wanted for our cake and he did amazing!! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the cake was and even more compliments on the taste. And his cookies are to die for!!Not only have we used him for our wedding cake but we also had him make a cake for our daughter’s 18th birthday. She LOVES his chocolate chip cake so she was stoked when she found out he made her cake.We highly recommend Lane & Simple for any of your wedding, birthday, or dessert needs. You will not be disappointed!!! Such an amazing person with a great talent!!!

Anthony made the most beautiful AND delicious cake for my son’s birthday! Everyone agreed it was the most moist cake we’d ever had! And we ordered his famous chocolate chip cookies, too...absolutely scrumptious!

No doubt some of the most devoted and trustworthy people I’ve ever met! Plus that transfers right over to their skills in the kitchen. Some of the best chocolate chip cookies ever and they are always innovating new ideas. Will 100% try and use them for the upcoming wedding cake!

Okay, this guy is the best in the business! Anthony was the coolest guy and so responsive it’s not even funny! After I had to re-search for a cake for my wedding just a couple of months in advance, he exceeded all of my expectations with a cake that fit my budget that tasted & looked like a million bucks! He also helped me out any time I had a question no matter what. This man has my business and my recommendations for life! We had the vanilla & lemon/lavender for our cake and it was so so delicious. He helped me pick out the flavors without even taste testing, and he is also making us a fresh anniversary tier so we didn’t have to eat old frozen (even though I’m sure it’d taste just as good as day 1). Amazing job, Lane & Simple!!!! ✨

This guy can BAKE! Ordered two cakes: the 8 inch almond cake and the 10 inch double chocolate chip cake and was absolutely blown away. Each cake was 4 layers of perfection. Not over iced and put together so well. I would use this guy for anything from small birthday get together a (the 8” easily fed 8 people) to a wedding cake. Also, I’m using his cookies for a fundraiser and they are exceptional.On top of all this, Anthony is one of the nicest guys you will meet. He wants his product to not only be the best but to be exactly what you want.

Can this place do any wrong? You need to hire Lane and Simple for your weddings or any other type of gatherings. The service is impeccable, and the quality is exceptional.
