I always figure if you have nothing good to say don’t say it. But horrible quality. Missing tomatoes onions and pickles . No drink on combo. Cold meat and stale buns. Not fresh and the one burger that had onions and tomatoes were slimed! Sad.

Worst wendys I've been to! The drive thru person was not courteous. "Please", "thank you" and "your welcome" are decent minimums that go a long way. You don't need to go above or beyond... it's just Wendy's, I get it, but dang some decency would be nice! Sodas have no flavor, pure carbonation. First time I thought it was a fluke, but it has happened too many times. There's no way they are serving the sodas unknowingly. You can tell food has just been sitting out for a long time under lamps.

The WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. ALTON was the rudest cashier to work in food service. He refused to greet me and when I pointed this out to him, he blamed it on the lunch rush (I was the only one in line). He then withheld my food until he gave me a speech as to why he doesn’t have to provide decent customer service. He was absolutely disgusting and I’m just referring to the countless teeth he’s missing. Avoid this location at all costs!

since my last review from 5 years ago, dont go here, AND FOR SURE DONT ONLINE ORDER HERE.I order a chicken sandwhich got a hamburger, got large fries, only half filled. got a drink not filled up. and these employees are entitled as HELL. they do not care. like i know they are not paid enough, but at this point, just stop showing up and just sign on line so no one orders from hill. ill be going to the other wendy down the road for now on.

They could have been short staffed but this location is a lot slower than the one is Webster. It took about 15 min instead of less than 2 at Webster.

Tried to use a free coupon and through the drive through and the manager was so aggressive and rude for no reason so . Counted it as a blessing / protection after seeing the pictures of the food

This location never ceases to disappoint. The dining experience is diminished by the lack of friendly staff. There’s no urgency in completing your order in a logical amount of time. No smiles the drink station was out of most soft drinks. How can you stay in business with this type of service?

I only get breakfast here. I also don't eat meat so I only get seasoned potatoes and a honey biscuit. The food is always super fresh and tasty. But I really always come back because the lady ( don't know her name) that works the drive through. Is sooooooo Nice! she keeps me coming back. Going to update my review when I find out her name.
