The Indian lady rushing me and my husbands order and got it completely wrong. We asked for no vegetables on his burger because he’s allergic and she still added it. We also asked for strawberry lemonade to drink and instead of her telling us she was out, she instead got us a Minute Maid drink (which I don’t drink) and lied to us saying it was regular lemonade while we can clearly see the difference.

We went here for lunch. I'm always enjoy the biggie bag meal with the Jr Bacon cheese burger. However they have more options now. I'm intrigued about the new partnership with Cinnabon...good move Wendy's.Wheelchair accessibility: Available

Normally I don't eat Wendy's but it was closest to me, and I will never eat here again. Ate almost half my burger and found this long piece of something that looks like a flat worm, hopefully it's not that but I don't care enough to find out. Also the drive through person was non stop chatting her co workers didn't even make eye contact.

The hours of operation at this location states that they close at 2am. There’s a “City of Houston” note that doesn’t seem legit, posted on the speaker and drive thru window saying that the business is closed due to lack of water all the while McDonald’s and Burger King are open and functioning fine. I pull up to the drive thru window hoping that someone inside would convey further on the reason why they were closed at 10:45 p.m., the 3 people that were inside motioned across there bodies the expression “No” as if they were closed. I didn’t make an issue of it, however I wanted them to understand that there was a line of cars behind me still at the ordering kiosk. They acted as if they didn’t care and continued on with doing what they were doing.

I stopped by this location this morning around 8:15 am to grab some breakfast just to come to realize that they were open but nobody to take my orders. The lobby was close as well.
