The worst experience ever trying to get the cashier to understand English and what we wanted to order. After many attempts , they still got the order wrong. The manager was extremely rude and uncooperative, and never even tried to apologize. We will never visit this place again.

I'm an Uber delivery driver and I had an order I had to pick up today. Wendy's didn't make sure that the first delivery driver accepted the order so they stole it and when Uber gave me the order to go pick up, Wendy's didn't want to remake the order. I've worked in fast food places and when someone steals the order because of the store's fault(not making sure the driver confirmed it before taking it) you're supposed to remake that order. The customer ended up having to cancel the order. That is not acceptable. The manager did not care and would not make the order even though I showed them I was the driver for it. It's not fair that I get punished for it if it was them who didn't do their job properly.

Cindy2 has to be the nicest service person we have ever had on 9/6/25. I was juggling kids and she helped me get drink, ketchup and everything I didn't know I needed. She even talked about fresh cookies she had made so we got those too. I hope she is there again.

They got my order wrong, I don't think the guy taking orders spoke or understood much English, and they tried to serve me a petrified chicken patty. Once they made me a fresh correct sandwich, it was quite good

Ordered a mobile order through the app 15 minutes prior to arriving, then proceeded to sit and wait for the food for another 15 minutes while I watch other cars drive right around me after they got their order.

Okay so me and my friend ordered on moblie, we ordered nuggets and takis fries but we were supposed to get an extra 10 nuggets for free with our order, for new members, but when we checked our order we didnt get our extra ten nuggets, so I had to buy another ten nuggets for my friend, because the extra ten nuggets were gonna be for her, but when she was eating them she told me to look and someone had took a bite from HER nuggets, we are beyond disgusted, i know it was one of the workers cause our bag was shut close to the point we had to rip open the bag, it looked like no one touched our bag, but i hope no one has to deal with this, i am so disgusted.

So me and my friend went to pick up a mobile order which was no problem and didn’t become a problem until we went home to eat. First, we had added a 10 pc coupon deal to checkout which was a deal for new members. We orders a 10 pc nugget, takis fries, and 6 pc nugget. When we were getting ready to eat we realized that they didn’t add the free 10 pc. Secondly, I was eating my nuggets when I pick up a nugget that is eaten. This is disgusting and so disrespectful. And I know that it wasn’t my friend because the bag was closed the whole time and I was next to my nuggets the WHOLE time. I’m so digusted and disappointed. I really expected better tbh…

We ordered our food through the drive-through. The lady answered so rudely her name is Miss Cindy, and we told her our order and only got half correct while having an attitude
We asked her to give us a moment, cause we were deciding what we wanted and she goes sure with attitude
There was a boy that was trying to help us and get everything that we needed and he was trying his hardest so it’s none of his fault but Miss Cindy was the very rude one. She was yelling at the boy saying I did do it, but it was two orders and she didn’t do the second one and she goes well. The other drinks are for the person behind them in a rudely way
Please be mindful we were being very patient. We weren’t screaming or yelling. We were very calm. We just wanted to know what the order was because we weren’t sure that she got it all.
