I usually talk about the food at restaurants, but I'm leaving 5 stars for the gentleman with the neck tattoo running lunch on 5.23.25. Unless he is the owner or the owner's kid, he's not getting paid enough. He was ugent without being hurried, communicated well with employees, and very professional with customers. If I was not retired, he would be working for me by next week.

Drive up was ridiculous and seemed to be ordering from that of a child. Worried too much about her talk with her Co worker rather than my order. Went to hand me 4 drinks and dang near spilled them on me at window, rather than apologizing, she laughed about it. No receipt given to me so who she was I don't know. She needs to grow up and focus on customer service. Fries had maube 10 total in the small size and 3 nuggets to each of the 2 we ordered. The fries are cold as if they have been sitting out for a long time. Only thing worth the money spent was the frosty drinks. Even lemonade is without the ice.

I haven't been to Wendy's in a while. They are never busy. I feel bad for them. The burger was really good and the fries were amazing. The frosty was good but I think the extras they add causes it to be too thin. Only real complaint was the price. $14.

Great burgers. TERRIBLE FRIES. Second time in a row I've ordered a #1 Meal (Double Cheesburger, Fries & Large Drink), and gotten TERRIBLE FRIES. It's like they'd been sitting for a long time. Cold, soggy, disgusting. Burger was really good, but there won't be a third time for the fries.
Just order burger & maybe a drink. Save your money on the soggy, cold fries that sit in the bin.
After reading the other reviews, I have a feeling employees don't get the right training here, and this place is already out of business. They just don't know it yet.

Went to Wendy's for lunch December 5th 2024 contacted manager over the phone notice that I was charged twice called manager again the next night no call back left messages many times with the phone number and my address and name never responded back now it's December 27th same month no call back tell them I'm not giving up until I get my refund on Social Security can't afford to pay for a non-person ghosts the order was a double bacon cheeseburger combo medium

Pulled into the drive thru, waited for awhile before they ever answered. We had long enough to check online if they were closed and still waited for them to answer. There was only one other car in the lot and it was already pulled up waiting on food past the drive thru window. Finally got on the speaker with a âwhat do you wantâ. No hello. No welcome. No nothing. We had to ask 3 times what came on a sandwhich that we wanted. Finally got that. Then ordered a chili and of course. They didnât have chili at all. Also ordered a small fry. Finish ordering after having to repeat EVERY SINGLE THING WE WANTED MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally we drive up to the window and of course the cashier has a headphone in, obvious reason why he couldnât hear us to take an order. Didnât even greet us. Just said the total that we owed. We pay for our food. Then notice they didnât even ring up the small fry. They hand out our burgers pretty quick. We ask about the small fry so he just turns around a grabs a small fry and gave it to us. So we get home. Literally live less than 5 minutes away. The burgers were cold, the patties werenât ever even hot enough to melt the cheese so I know they were old patties to begin with. The bacon was so crunchy and gross it literally just crumbled. And the fries. The fries were probably the worst fries Iâve ever had from Wendyâs. Poor food and even worst service. Didnât even go back because I knew it would be even worse service than we received the first time.

I got food from this Wendy's at 3 pm while out shopping. I ate the first burger (Double Stack with no onion and added ketchup and mayo) as well as the Honey BBQ covered nuggets and half the box of fries. Not even 30 minutes later I felt very bad. Stomach cramps, aches, slight nausea. I'm now home and after having a fever, chills, aches, and intense nausea from 4 pm to 8 pm I have 'released' the entire stomach's worth of food. I have never eaten at the Wendy's and never will again.
To make someone this sick takes serious effort and absolutely horrible food safety and negligence. Beware to everyone eating here. Also, they have their number where no one can call it so good luck trying to get a hold of them.

Been to the drive thru a few times and the food is usually good, but pretty much always takes a while. Service is so-so in the drive thru as well, drinks don't always turn out as ordered and seem to go flat quickly. Not sure what's up with that. Thing that prompted me to post a review was arriving at 9:25 on a Saturday night, seeing all the lights on and at least 3 employees visible in the kitchen area, yet the entry door is locked despite posted dining room hours being thru 10 pm daily. Oh well, CFA is on the way and ALWAYS has good service.
