Update: the management at this location helped me out when I messed up an order online. Customer service does exist and it is thriving at this location. I hope the 5 buck box stays around for awhile.

I usually talk about the food at restaurants, but I'm leaving 5 stars for the gentleman with the neck tattoo running lunch on 5.23.25. Unless he is the owner or the owner's kid, he's not getting paid enough. He was ugent without being hurried, communicated well with employees, and very professional with customers. If I was not retired, he would be working for me by next week.

Drive up was ridiculous and seemed to be ordering from that of a child. Worried too much about her talk with her Co worker rather than my order. Went to hand me 4 drinks and dang near spilled them on me at window, rather than apologizing, she laughed about it. No receipt given to me so who she was I don't know. She needs to grow up and focus on customer service. Fries had maube 10 total in the small size and 3 nuggets to each of the 2 we ordered. The fries are cold as if they have been sitting out for a long time. Only thing worth the money spent was the frosty drinks. Even lemonade is without the ice.

I haven't been to Wendy's in a while. They are never busy. I feel bad for them. The burger was really good and the fries were amazing. The frosty was good but I think the extras they add causes it to be too thin. Only real complaint was the price. $14.

Great burgers. TERRIBLE FRIES. Second time in a row I've ordered a #1 Meal (Double Cheesburger, Fries & Large Drink), and gotten TERRIBLE FRIES. It's like they'd been sitting for a long time. Cold, soggy, disgusting. Burger was really good, but there won't be a third time for the fries.
Just order burger & maybe a drink. Save your money on the soggy, cold fries that sit in the bin.
After reading the other reviews, I have a feeling employees don't get the right training here, and this place is already out of business. They just don't know it yet.
