Pulled into the drive thru, waited for awhile before they ever answered. We had long enough to check online if they were closed and still waited for them to answer. There was only one other car in the lot and it was already pulled up waiting on food past the drive thru window. Finally got on the speaker with a “what do you want”. No hello. No welcome. No nothing. We had to ask 3 times what came on a sandwhich that we wanted. Finally got that. Then ordered a chili and of course. They didn’t have chili at all. Also ordered a small fry. Finish ordering after having to repeat EVERY SINGLE THING WE WANTED MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally we drive up to the window and of course the cashier has a headphone in, obvious reason why he couldn’t hear us to take an order. Didn’t even greet us. Just said the total that we owed. We pay for our food. Then notice they didn’t even ring up the small fry. They hand out our burgers pretty quick. We ask about the small fry so he just turns around a grabs a small fry and gave it to us. So we get home. Literally live less than 5 minutes away. The burgers were cold, the patties weren’t ever even hot enough to melt the cheese so I know they were old patties to begin with. The bacon was so crunchy and gross it literally just crumbled. And the fries. The fries were probably the worst fries I’ve ever had from Wendy’s. Poor food and even worst service. Didn’t even go back because I knew it would be even worse service than we received the first time.

I got food from this Wendy's at 3 pm while out shopping. I ate the first burger (Double Stack with no onion and added ketchup and mayo) as well as the Honey BBQ covered nuggets and half the box of fries. Not even 30 minutes later I felt very bad. Stomach cramps, aches, slight nausea. I'm now home and after having a fever, chills, aches, and intense nausea from 4 pm to 8 pm I have 'released' the entire stomach's worth of food. I have never eaten at the Wendy's and never will again.
To make someone this sick takes serious effort and absolutely horrible food safety and negligence. Beware to everyone eating here. Also, they have their number where no one can call it so good luck trying to get a hold of them.

Been to the drive thru a few times and the food is usually good, but pretty much always takes a while. Service is so-so in the drive thru as well, drinks don't always turn out as ordered and seem to go flat quickly. Not sure what's up with that. Thing that prompted me to post a review was arriving at 9:25 on a Saturday night, seeing all the lights on and at least 3 employees visible in the kitchen area, yet the entry door is locked despite posted dining room hours being thru 10 pm daily. Oh well, CFA is on the way and ALWAYS has good service.

My husband needed a grab and go dinner and ran through here to get a hamburger and some fries yesterday evening. The hamburger was actually not terrible but the fries were cold. On top of this he had ordered a frostie for me through the drive thru which he didn't receive. When he ran in to the restaurant to request my frostie the staff verbally fought with him. They bickered back and forth for far to long till they gave my husband the frostie he paid for. So service is a major downfall.

I called in advance and worked with the store manager, Diana, on a large order for our non-profit event on Nov 9, 2024. The staff had everything ready when I came to pick up the order. It was the most cost-effective way for us to provide food to all attendees (60) that attended our event and everyone enjoyed the food. I greatly appreciate Diana and the entire staff for their hard work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

"Biggie Deal " is a rip-off. You get a small slider a few fries and a small drink with 4 chicken nuggets. If you get sauce with the nuggets, it's $3 more, and if you change your drink to a large, it's $3. You would need 4 of these to make a meal. I can't stand low down capitalist scheming to cheat people. Wendy's was on a thin line. That line has broken.

Wendy’s was a bit of a letdown this time. While the service was fine and the staff was polite, the food was cold, which really impacted the overall experience. I expect hot and fresh meals, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during this visit. The burger and fries tasted alright, but it’s hard to fully enjoy a meal when it’s not served at the right temperature. Hopefully, this was just an off day. Three stars for the service and taste, but the cold food was disappointing.
It was decent enough. It took a long time to get our food. We had 6 value burgers, 2 fries and 6 nuggets, and it took 8 minutes. That's really my only complaint. Not bad overall.

The fact that wendys has a lettuce wrapped option for burgers (unlike mcdonalds, and yes, I'm throwing a bit of shade, lol) is a reason itself to be one of my favorite fast food spots when I don't want to consume a whole lot of calories.

Subpar food plus I had wait 10 minutes after I paid in the drive thru. We've had the saucy nugs at another Wendy's location & these are no where close to being good or similar to that experience. The garlic parm is just greasy, not much flavor. The BBQ doesn't cover the nugget, plus these seem like they have been sitting. I don't mind waiting for my food, but for the wait I thought I was getting fresh food. Definitely skipping this location. Definitely not worth the $$ or the wait
