I called in advance and worked with the store manager, Diana, on a large order for our non-profit event on Nov 9, 2024. The staff had everything ready when I came to pick up the order. It was the most cost-effective way for us to provide food to all attendees (60) that attended our event and everyone enjoyed the food. I greatly appreciate Diana and the entire staff for their hard work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
Wendy’s was a bit of a letdown this time. While the service was fine and the staff was polite, the food was cold, which really impacted the overall experience. I expect hot and fresh meals, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during this visit. The burger and fries tasted alright, but it’s hard to fully enjoy a meal when it’s not served at the right temperature. Hopefully, this was just an off day. Three stars for the service and taste, but the cold food was disappointing.
It was decent enough. It took a long time to get our food. We had 6 value burgers, 2 fries and 6 nuggets, and it took 8 minutes. That's really my only complaint. Not bad overall.
