My chicken sandwich combo was on point. The entire visit was just perfect. I am not really into fast food , but the suggestion to visit Wendy’s was the correct one after a long day.
My sandwich was warm, spicy, with the right amount of mayonnaise. The fries were crispy and right amount of salt. Over all experience was very satisfying. I will definitely come back.

I went in to order. No one was in line. One employee walked up and greeted me but walked away without taking my order. Another employee walked up and stood at the register. I thought she was going to take my order but instead she looked around like she was lost and kept saying “uuumm” several times while looking at receipts. Then she starts to talk to someone through the drive thru to take their order.

By far the slowest Wendy's I've ever been at... The cashier has zero customer service skills, absolutely no ability to multi-task or do anything that required any level of urgency. I walked in with 2 customers ahead of me because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long and it, literally, took 20 minutes just to take my order and another 10 mins or so to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous!

Citywide Massage

(7/28 Sunday night-12am Mon.) My sister and I were doing an in-house project and we stopped at midnight to refuel while tired and wanting to finish. We were both given a boost of good energy by two very young fellows at drive-thru. Both were helpful, polite, and had big smiles. My sister and I said at the same time how great their attitudes were. It's more rare than it should be and appreciated greatly. We enjoyed our meal even more, and finished our work with enthusiam. Yes! It mattered THAT much. Thanks guys!

After charging me for a shake I get to window to get my order and they failed to mention the shake I wanted want getting cold but the chocolate and vanilla shakes machine works, they all run on the same machine someone was just being lazy. Needless to say I didn't get what I wanted
