Awful service. Orders are wrong 90% of the time. Staff at window has awful attitude or no care at all. Worst Wendy’s around.
Even if you uber they will get your orders wrong by putting the wrong labels on your bag. Don’t bother.

Lazy people I ordered my food and went to the bathroom for 1 min. I come back and a guy order his food as I stood there. He got his food and I went to sit down. Another girl came in ordered got food so I asked what's taking so long. The manager some young punk tells me I shouldn't have walked away I told him the lady took my order saw me standing there and watched me sitting down
Then he says I should have said something. His smart mouth almost got him hurt.

I don't know what took the lady so long to answer on the drive thru. it seems like thats what caused me to get a melted frosty. almost looked like clumpy milk... it is it me or did the potatoes shrink on top of being overcooked, skin was so hard. glad thats all I bought and the frosty(clumpy milk) was free

Very rude and unprofessional. I pull to drive because inside was close and the lady a drive said what you want. I said frosty then a guy said no frosty anything else. The lady came back and said I said no frosty. All on the drive thru speaker.

They claim their bathrooms are broken. I came on Monday 6-23 at 9:19. The staff was extremely rude and nonchalant about my service. This is why no one is in their parking lot. I was going to order the 2 for 3 but you quickly loose your appetite when people are lowkey racist because I came with a bonnett on. I am a seed of Abraham.

We had a online order and picked it up at the drive through. We had to pull up so they could bring our food out. When they brought the food out there was no ketchup in the bag. 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. She we had to go back through the drive through and get the ketchup and sauce. There was no one in the Drive-Thru so they weren't busy she should have went back in and got ketchup and more sauce for us like we had asked. Because she should have brought it out in the bag to begin with. And it was the manager and she was very rude. And the food was not fresh the nuggets were cold and the french fries were called of course they did because we sat there and argued with the manager because we wanted ketchup and more than one sauce. And then had to drive back through the drive-thru a second time ridiculous..

I visited Wendy’s on Howard Drive on 04-07-2025. In drive thru, I ordered the chicken Asiago meal. I returned the chicken sandwich thru drive thru because the chicken was dried out and nearly burned. I asked that a fresh sandwich be made. After waiting 15 minutes for the sandwich I left the store. When I got home and opened the sandwich, there were bugs on the sandwich. I called the store and spoke with Roseville(the name she gave me) telling her I was just in Wendy’s and got home to a sandwich with bugs. Since she appeared amused I asked for the ph# to Wendy’s dist. mgr. I called the # she gave me but it was incorrect. I called the store back and again spoke with Roseville but this time I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager at which time I told her that the ph# she gave me was incorrect. I asked for a good # or a 1-800 number. She provided neither. I should have looked at the reviews before I went to this store. I posted pictures that show the sorry state of the sandwich I was supposed to eat. Being given a sandwich with bugs is a new low. At no time did the manager ask that I return the sandwich or apologize. I could have bitten into this sandwich and almost did. I intend to pursue this matter further.
