Wendy's chili always hit the spot during cold weather

The lady in the drive trough was super rude we were asking for 2 burgers and then she got mad and asked us so you want one or two.. who ever that was needs to be fired and should go to training again

Came here for a quick snack and it was trash. Fries were stale and cold, the girl at the drive thru (12/6/25 5:45 PM) really tried to play me too by saying they were just made. Like gorl I wouldn’t be saying I want fresh fries if they were just made. I don’t appreciate condescending workers. Thankfully they had them remade but why fight people on this? We paid for the food to be fresh.
Also new chicken tenders are a hit or miss. They are tiny and depends if you get a thick juicy little one, other than that - mid. Maybe just this location.

I understand just having a job to get by, but serving cold food when not even busy is crazy. Not to mention always getting an attitude from the drive thru.

On this occasion we went to this Wendy's restaurant. It was empty at the time we could, but it was the afternoon and people were coming in from the street to get their free sodas, which motivated the employees to turn off the soda machine. This is good so as not to waste your consumption. As for my food, it was good. They didn't serve it the way I ordered, and they put the cheese on it, but The chili was very tasty, the food was very hot, I also can't get into the bathroom because it was locked and the keys they gave me didn't work, but it's okay, there was no problem, otherwise it was a normal experience. The restaurant is already in a very bad state of disrepair. They should do a little maintenance or renovate it, starting with its very worn chairs, so that it has more presence and is more pleasing to the eyes of customers.

Absolutely terrible! I got charged for a 3 meat but only had 2 meats and to top it off on my second order my wrap had a hard sharp plastic I nearly choked on I piece on it broke when I bit into it

Awful service. Orders are wrong 90% of the time. Staff at window has awful attitude or no care at all. Worst Wendy’s around. Even if you uber they will get your orders wrong by putting the wrong labels on your bag. Don’t bother.
