The burger was salty the fries tasted burnt the chicken nuggets was hard. The lady told me the person made by burger wrong instead of putting it the bag she should've told the person to remake it because it's not correct. I had to take it out the bag tell her have the person make it right. This was my 2nd time and last time ordering from this location. Don't think I'll be ordering from any Wendy's for a long time or maybe never.

My family and I decided to stop while we in drive-through our witness an employee, eating fries at the fry stand when I asked the gentleman at the window. If they were wearing gloves, he tells me yes when in fact, I see it by my own eyes they’re not when Manager came to the window. I asked for my money, I was told I cannot have it included with my receipt that I asked for a copy of and was told cannot have.

Our cashier, Joel Loera, was especially gracious, helpful & kind! Joel let us sit & take our time to order in app. The team was slammed (3p-5p) but they made time to politely confirm we got our orders to the correct people & served deliciously fresh.The dining room was clean & stocked. There isn’t WiFi available & you have to ask for a key to use the restroom but considering the service, rewards/offers (the app lets you add one of each!) & excellent menu, it is well worth rediscovering this Texas staple.Thanks Joel & Wendy’s staff on Howard Drive/45 for a memorable visit! We’re dreaming about those sugar cookies!
Went thru the drive thru. Older lady with very poor English skills was very rude, and rolled her eyes twice at me. Lots of homeless hanging out walking along the drive thru trying to get people to buy food for them. Would not recommend this location.

Customer service I'd severely lacking. It takes upwards of almost 5 minutes for someone to notice you at the counter and even then. It takes longer for someone to come take you order. .

We went through the drive-thru. The woman taking our order had a slight difficulty understanding our order. There was some static, but she was a little short as well. When we got to the window, my husband handed his card to her to pay. She used the very tips of her fingers and almost dropped it onto the ground when it slipped. She swiped and gave us the card back. We didn't get one of the drinks we ordered. He told her we still needed another rootbeer. She said, "I only charged you for one." He said, "We ordered two." She said, "I only charged you for one." He said, "Well, I need another one." He went to hand her his card, and she proceded to take the card with her fingertips again. He pulled it back and set it down himself on the window just inside so it didn't get dropped. She said sarcasticly, "Do you want me to hand your card back to you that way?" He said, "I set it down. I didn't want it to be dropped. You almost dropped it before, and you were taking it the same way." She said, "Well, I'll throw it at you too when I hand it back." He then asked for extra napkins with a please. We left and found we didn't get one of our straws or needed fork for one of the potatoes. We had some in the car, so just let it go. Food was good, customer service very lacking.
