This location is very slow with orders. Even when ordering ahead you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes. Even with waiting the food comes out cold. The employees are also not very organized. I will not be coming back to this location. Very bad service.
I ordered chicken strips and specifically asked for them to be cooked fresh. Instead, they just dropped them back in the grease twice and tried to pass them off as fresh. I can tell the difference between food that’s truly fresh and food that’s reheated. Won’t be coming back.

If you order for uber is because you don’t have enough time to go to the restaurant I order a burguer chilli and some nuggets with fries they only send me one item this is so wrong, 😑

Terrible experience. The fries were cold, hard, and tasted like old oil. I asked for extra mayo on my burger and they didn’t add any. I also ordered a Coke Zero and they gave me regular Coke.
The customer service was awful — the person at the counter had such a bad attitude that I didn’t even want to ask for a replacement because I was honestly afraid they might mess with my food.
I will never order from this location again. I expect at least fresh food and basic respect, but they completely failed in every way. Very disappointed.

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They've made a mistake literally every single time I've gone and this most recent time they tried to claim that we didn't know what I'd ordered, then proceeded to say in Spanish that we were just trying to make problems

I was at Wendy's today 2:15pm the young lady that was working the drive-thru had a bad attitude I asked her if she can put my two frosty in the bag she has bad attitude didn't know what I was talking about close the window I have honk three times and she would not open the window and when she opened the window she told me I could go somewhere?? didn't even acknowledge the customer I asked to speak with the manager she came up to the window and I was telling her about the young girl attitude and the managers just stood there and shook her head seems like she's scared of her employees? 😡
This Wendy's use to be the best. They have really went all the way down in Quicksand. It starts from the top managers not trainee there employees the correct way. They don't answer the phone and forget all the time a missing item to give to doordash
Food was good, service great, wish prices were better for amount of food. Love that their app still makes you confirm or cancel mobile order.

Giving it a one star because it makes me, but never had service here but I do pull up every week early in the morning at open hours for bf and no one is ever there so are yall open or not?
Food and service was very good! It was a busy day when we went and very hot so we were trying to cool off inside and eat. There were more families eating inside that day but unfortunately it was very hot. Im not sure if the ac was off or messed up. We love going to Wendy’s but I really hope they fix the AC in this location because Houston Hot Days can be dangerous. It was august 9th 2025.
