First off I never like to order off door dash but since I just had surgery due to ectopic pregnancy I can't do too much. My food was cold and my đ barely had anything in them most of them were burned. I'm very disappointed I tried calling several times no one answer. Please don't order from this place

I just received my order for a 10pc nugget meal with a strawberry lemonade through drive through and the guy did not speak or say anything at all. He just took my card handed me my drink and the bag. To make matters even worse the food is old. So I go back in to get my money back and the manager on duty says he has to speak to someone else to authorize my refund. I left the undrank lemonade and all the food there and now Iâm still without food and Iâm having to wait on a refund they could be until tomorrow because they donât have authority to process a refund. I will be back until I get my refund and I wonât be coming back. This is beyond ridiculous. Beware if you want food pass this place completely up they are the worst.

Stopped by while it was raining, the employee in the drive through line kept repeating itself that they couldnât hear me so I drive up to the window. Then I repeat my order and he still has the nerve to ask, âWhat?â Bad customer service in general, been here before on a different day and they always forget to give you sauces.

The staff was fairly friendly, the food was good, but the cleanliness was not so much. The floors were sticky, most of the tables were dirty, no napkins, my drink tasted funny like the machine hasn't been properly cleaned. I also killed a roach under my table and a while later saw another roach running across the floor. I did report this to the manager. I did report to the staff when first getting food about the napkins and I sat for more than an hour and no one stocks or cleaned the dinning area. That was not good

Can never use the app discounts and when asked all they say is it's not my fault all other locations have no issues with app discounts and attempted to over charge on a burger than said there was nothing she could do until I asked for a manager then employee remembered there was a way! Questionable behavior??

If you like sticky floors, sticky tables, pee on the bathroom floor and missing items from your order than this the place. Couldnât even walk anywhere without the floor being sticky. Every single table was dirty and sticky. One table had an open can of Vienna sausage!! Couldnât make this up. They had a sign by the soda machine that the floor was wet but no one ever came to clean up the floor. Most disgusting food place I have ever been.
Chili beans not cooked all the way. And nothing but soup terrible. No other Wendyâs is like this. Worst in town.

Drive thru handed me my coffee, I felt it wasn't hot so I know he did too! When confronted, he said it was the last of the pot AND it wasn't even full. He asked us to pull up and wait on our order...FRIES WERE COLD!! There's a reason we were the only customers, no lines and no dine in customers. SHUT IT DOWN, YOURE TAKING UP SPACE
