Everytime I come it’s some BS. Prices are always different even though I always order the same thing. Sizes are different even though I order the same thing. The person at the window NEVER understands when I question the changes (changes that aren’t listed/posted or reasonable). Not to mention the food quality is only decent 50% of the time. I should have quit giving them chances long ago.. but now it’s official. They will not see a dime from me or my family from here on out! Between food quality and customer service..never again.

I placed a mobile order when I got home I noticed that I had food missing there was a receipt attached to the food. How can you not know what was supposed to go in the bag? If you have the receipt on the bad moral of the story check your food before you leave

they never offer vanilla frosty when the app says they have the new offerings with vanilla. they only ever have chocolate except for the one time of year the company brings vanilla back seasonally.

Menu clearly shows a bacon dbl stack burger. Apparently that's not on their system so to make it, it has to be a custom burger order at a couple bucks more for the same thing on their menu. Explained by the manager anyways. Lol

I am not one to order a bunch of stuff. It's either one burger or one frosty. I haven't even had a Wendy's burger in ages. Ordered a regular double stack. Paid 4 dollars almost which I thought was insane but it taste exactly the same as it did 10 years ago. Something about that made me feel comfort. It was good and nostalgic at the same time. The staff there is also really quick , I always go when there isn't a line. I also appreciate that their food doesn't make me sleepy or cause inflammation. Was never impressed that much with Wendys but in this day and age, for it to remain familiar and keep its high standards for so long, earned a review.

Today was a busy day 3/7 I just ordered some fries and asked the cashier for some sauce for them and he rudely shouted no to me. I get it you’re busy but that was extremely rude and my order wasn’t worth the money, the skimped it so bad barely any bacon on my fries. I won’t ever order here again. It was an Asian male.

Customer service is poor. I had to ask for a straw and the window clerk couldn’t understand English…fries were old and cold. Burger was lukewarm. This used to be one of my favorite Wendy’s, idk what happened.

I experienced poor customer service during my recent visit. I ordered two #1 burger combos single with no onions, but both came with onions. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, one of them simply opened the burger, removed the onions, and acted as if that was acceptable. It's unacceptable to have that kind of attitude in a service role. It's not my fault the order wasn’t prepared correctly. Additionally, when I received the corrected order, it was poorly assembled and had an unexpected spice that I didn't ask for. This level of service is disappointing and needs to be addressed. you know everyone’s fear when you return food to be made correctly is that they do something to it yes, this is the place that they do it. I just threw it out the door about to call mgmt. Beware would never visit again.

I go to order food the girl Stacy and that boy where the worst they go hide instead of taking my order the girl yells at me I saw 4 cars wait and pull off because there hiding you should close the store if your not going to serve your customers
