Food was great today. Had Dave’s single and friend has chicken sandwich. Also tried their Cinnabon which tastes as good as the mall locations. Manager was super friendly.

Forgot an entire kids meal. No nuggets in the other kids meal, only fries. Missing another order of nuggets.

I go to this Wendys often as it is closest to where I live. Every time I visit unfortunately 2 things are guaranteed: I will be asked to pull up or pull to the side to await my order despite being the only customer waiting, and the fries will always be cold. ALWAYS. Today was exceptionally disappointing because I pre-ordered in the app to be asked to wait an extra 10min on top of ordering 15min beforehand and got an Asiago Ranch Club with the lettuce soggified on top as if it had been sitting. The only customer, long wait, cold fries, soggy food. Even for a fast food chain this is hardly food people should pay for. Not coming here again.

I only go to this location because its close to my home. They perpetually forget items and are slow. It is very rare that our mobile order is ready in a timely manner and fulfilled correctly. This evening was much of the same; we ordered through the app, drove to the location, indicated at the speaker that we had a mobile ordered, asked to pull up to the window, then at the window asked to park in one of the mobile order spots. One vehicle was there waiting when I arrived, but I watched 4 additional vehicles pull up to the window and drive away. I sat in the spot for 15+ minutes before going inside to see 2 people at the counter working on signs and 1 packing our order. The older lady then started working on my drinks while acting rushed. Where was that since of urgency without me needing to walk inside the restaurant? The fact that the restaurant was completely devoid of customers made the matter even more frustrating. At least this time our order was correct and tasted good. I'm tempted to find a new location.

I ordered ahead on the app. I went to pick my order up through the drive through as I selected in the app. I ordered 2 frosty fusion drinks & a large fry. I was the only person in the drive through and I was instructed to wait in the mobile order area, so I did, to wait for my order. I sat there for 15 minutes or more. The drive through personal came out to bring my drinks & fries. The fries were hot but the frosty fusion, which is supposed to be thick soft serve was frothy milk. I ordered in advance & waited still. The most disappointing part is trying a new drink which was over $5 for a large was just a cup of Carmel milk. Why would you make the drink before the fries? This location constantly disappoints.

I order my food on line and when I got there 5 minutes later I still had to wait even though I was the only person there. They had me pull up and wait.

Everytime I come it’s some BS. Prices are always different even though I always order the same thing. Sizes are different even though I order the same thing. The person at the window NEVER understands when I question the changes (changes that aren’t listed/posted or reasonable). Not to mention the food quality is only decent 50% of the time. I should have quit giving them chances long ago.. but now it’s official. They will not see a dime from me or my family from here on out! Between food quality and customer service..never again.

I placed a mobile order when I got home I noticed that I had food missing there was a receipt attached to the food. How can you not know what was supposed to go in the bag? If you have the receipt on the bad moral of the story check your food before you leave

they never offer vanilla frosty when the app says they have the new offerings with vanilla. they only ever have chocolate except for the one time of year the company brings vanilla back seasonally.
