I appreciate the prompt service at Wendy's and enjoyed every bite of their mouthwatering burger. However, I was expecting more from their side dish, specifically my potato, which fell short in terms of flavor and presentation. One dry potato.

The staff was absolutely horrible. The cashier was under age and messed up my order. And the manager was nothing but argumented when just trying to make sure my order was right. Go to any other Wendy's and the manager Alejandra should be fired or demoted and retrained.

This Wendy’s location has the best service! I’ve visited multiple times and they are always fast, accurate, and kind! Food has always been affordable and average but a good bargain with all the deals on the app.

I literally just left. It is 11:30 at night. Wendy's need to shut the whole damn franchise down. Idc, idc, this has got to be literally the 4th Wendy's from Broadway to Main street, to Shadow Creek, to this dusty, no customer service having, scrap food giving, fake late night fast food establishment on Fuqua, that has just been piss poor! Period. The food at this establishment isn't even sub-par. I pulled up and asked for the pretzel baconator meal! This is a $12+ meal. I ask to substitute the fries. That was a no-go. Apparently, they don't do that anymore. Ok, cool! I'm grown and aware that things change. When I get to the window and get the food. Something says check your food. I normally drive off. I have to say this because this Wendy's chain. Every single one of them have missed items in the past, whether it's the frosty books, drinks, hell, my kids haven't even gotten the correct amount of nuggets, it's been so horrible. BUT TUHDAY, I stopped within feet of the window and checked the food. When I opened the sandwich, it was abnormally lopsided and felt a bit smashed. Took the top bun off it was mayonnaise thick as hell, sitting under what looked like greasy crumbled old bacon. The only thing that was warm was the patty. I sifted thru the bacon only to find a piece of potato..cold potato inside the mayonnaise. I pulled my car back quickly. Had the sandwich wide open and said," There is a cold potato on my sandwich." Did they remake this sandwich? NOOOOOOOOOO TOOK POTENTIALLY THE SAME BUN SCRAPED IT ADDED MORE MAYO KETCHUP AND THE SAME DAMN GREASY BACON!! @WENDYS every supervisor, manager, owner, chain manager, and franchise owner needs to throw their whole restaurant in the trash if you will continue to serve this garbage and hire ppl who give ZERO about quality and customer satisfaction. I can speak on any person's behalf that has ever WASTED money eating at Wendy's when I say, "YOU DONT HAVE TO LIKE ME HOWEVER, SMILE AND MAKE the FOOD FRESH AND CORRECT! This is the damn job!I used to work at Wendy's on the east coast as a teenager, and we did our damn job, period! This is not too much to ask. This is embarrassing as hell as an ex employee, and surely now, as a mom who did feed her kids this crap. Enough is enough for all the money spent here in a lifetime. BE ASHAMED! This deserves a call to corporate and a public smash on social media.Every Wendy's establishment I mentioned above, and this isn't sideways I've met manager from at least two have told me horror stories about those exact stores. I still spared them and didn't say a thing even after all I've lost.My mission even doing these reviews is for guidance to the ppl who care enough about where they spend their money. Who wants to report a bad review without feeling bad or giving another chance? Really!? The chances have been squandered and abused. The reality is this mess is bad for you and bad for your health overall, so to come here and think your indulging or treating yourself is already a hit and miss. Somebody has gotta be accountable!

I ordered a biggie bag of the double stack then asked for another double stack just the burger and made the same way as the first. I paid and noticed she charged me for 2 biggie bags. When I tried to get her and other staff attention. They all just looked at me. After 5 minutes she came back and told her I didn't want 2 biggie bags and she sat there told me I ordered that when I know exactly what I told her. She gave me attitude then when I asked for my money back she started to speak Spanish to other co workers talking about me. I think she even cussed at me to another CO worker. After I get my money back which I think she gave me incorrect change but she took my receipt which I won't ever know if I got my money back correctly. I would never go back here again.

I had to pull over and wait for the order to be brought to my car. The order was wrong. The food was disgusting. The person who brought it to me could not understand or speak English. Getting the order fixed was not an option.

Dined in for lunch. The cashier was not too kind. Not a very busy location so I would have expected a cleaner facility. The food was cold and it tasted as if it had just come out of the freezer. It didn't have any flavor and the chicken felt like rubber. Or drinks alone? Took 10 minutes, and when I inquired about the drinks the lady behind the counter was very rude. Compared to other Wendy's locations, this one is by far the worst.

This Wendy's is joint with a gas station. Very convenient. We dined in. They took our order and we didn't wait much for it. They were very fast. The place is nuce and clean.

So I ordered a double bacon actor and received and chicken sandwich... went in and showed them my receipt and they completely ignored the instructions of No Mayo No Ketchup! ? so thanks for making me a sandwich I can't even eat! $16 wasted! Absolutely worst Wendy's I've ever been too! Doesn't help the employees barley understand English. Will not be coming here agian their 3.8 review should be much much lower and the GM should be ashamed.
