I'm not sure his name but the handsome brother who spoke spanish gave excellent service and even gave me an estimated time for my order. Top tier service deserves recognition and praise. Ordered at 11:10 pm which makes it all the more impressive

They always forget to put things in the bag, fries etc are always missing in the drive through, then you have to get out and go in.. you say no onions, there will be onions, ask for extra salt, you'll get no salt... And so on.. today was my last day, I'll try the 1464 location from now on 😒

Went through there and bought just the cobb salad and I open it up and the eggs are rotten smelling. It looks fine but the smell was overwhelming. I called and thankfully they said they'd replace it for me when I get off of work but I used my entire lunch to drive over there pick it up and come back and I work 10-12 hour shifts so having nothing to eat until I get off is very disappointing.

As a customer I hate the fact we can’t use the power to charge our computers and eat at the same time they put tape over the outlet and also can put the customers and employees at risk for a Fire hazard 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Very quiet atmosphere and constantly clean. The staff is very polite and quick with service. Food is consistent hot and delicious. I do want to highlight Joshua who provided exceptional customer service. He’s definitely going high places. I don’t leave many reviews so this should tell you something.

Drive through 11/28/25 at 11:23 pm. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese for 7 bucks. The drive through employee was super nice. Very attentive and cheerful. Even gave me a total before I pulled around to the window. I don’t know his name, but we need more of him. Young black man is going places!! Keep it up sir! You are appreciated!! Steven! So Wendy's has been a REALLY great spot to grab and go. I will STRESS location is key. So after a long day & nearby business activities Wendy's was the decision to feed my starved emptiness. My beau fries were hot fresh & lightly salted to taste, just like we like it & USUALLY are greeted with but my grilled chicken wrap, thankfully discounted with coupon STRONGLY made me not get a refund at first bite. Chicken dry though veggies seemed fresh. Literally had to reverse and get SOMETHING to top the dryness aside from my saliva that tried to help me swallow. I don't normally patronage Mission Glen/Hwy6 between bissonett & bellaire but today wasn't an impression that will bring me back. Didn't mind much the chat among employees however cashier seemed tired & ready to go. Not to mention couldn't answer a good inquiry. Again that might have been the que to leave and go somewhere else but I am tired & starving from my day and WELL previous stops (Wilcrest & Westheimer) at Wendy's were nice. LOCATION is everything!!!!

Arrived 20-30 minutes before closing, & an older black lady had opened the window to take our order, Her attitude was so bad right away before we even started our order & throughout taking our order she was so rude in the way she spoke, she also didn’t give us ANY sauce when we ordered over 20 nuggets, if you guys are going to hire, make sure the people you’re hiring are capable of working fast food, because clearly this lady doesn’t even have the stature for a fast food job, maybe she can clean the restrooms
UPDATE: 3-4 night ago I decided to order doordash from this Wendy’s location, there was 25 minutes left to order on doordash, and these people sent me the oldest fries and nuggets, they were soooo cold!!! & literally had NO TASTE, this was the first time I had to throw away Wendy’s, this location is HORRIBLE!
