It's a shame, I came to pick up my order and they told me to go to the parking lot and wait. So, to pick up my order, I stood in the rain and waited. While they prepared it. It seems logical. 😕

I went to the drive through at 1pm and they said no breakfast but the whole menue wasn't changed to lunch. I asked the guy he started smiling talking to the coworker in spanish. They were so rude acted like they had no idea. While ordering they had so much attitude. When I didn't even have a menue to choose from. Pathetic.

Came to the drive thru line with a friend. We had two separate orders. We were told that we can only complete one order at a time. My friend had to drive back around the building to get in line behind two cars while when we first pulled up there was no line. The food wasn’t fresh. And there was no regard for the inconvenience or explanation as to why the employee couldn’t take both orders at the same time in the first place. When we went back around to the speaker the employee needed the order to be repeated more than twice because she didn’t understand. This experience was ridiculous.

I wish I could rate them with a 0, I just came from here I ordered 4 biggie bag meals 2 double stack, crispy chicken & jr bacon cheeseburger 3 medium & 1 large all the fries were cold & the burgers taste like all they did was reheat them & the large lemonade fell out the drink carrier due to not fitting in the cup holder properly, I'm really pissed off with my order due to I paid 28.90 I don't have money to be wasting
