I wish I could rate them with a 0, I just came from here I ordered 4 biggie bag meals 2 double stack, crispy chicken & jr bacon cheeseburger 3 medium & 1 large all the fries were cold & the burgers taste like all they did was reheat them & the large lemonade fell out the drink carrier due to not fitting in the cup holder properly, I'm really pissed off with my order due to I paid 28.90 I don't have money to be wasting

Was immediately greeted with a friendly voice who was very patient with me when I asked for some time to think about my order. I'm not sure his name but the handsome brother who spoke spanish gave excellent service and even gave me an estimated time for my order. Top tier service deserves recognition and praise. Ordered at 11:10 pm which makes it all the more impressive

They always forget to put things in the bag, fries etc are always missing in the drive through, then you have to get out and go in.. you say no onions, there will be onions, ask for extra salt, you'll get no salt... And so on.. today was my last day, I'll try the 1464 location from now on 😒

Went through there and bought just the cobb salad and I open it up and the eggs are rotten smelling. It looks fine but the smell was overwhelming. I called and thankfully they said they'd replace it for me when I get off of work but I used my entire lunch to drive over there pick it up and come back and I work 10-12 hour shifts so having nothing to eat until I get off is very disappointing.
As a customer I hate the fact we can’t use the power to charge our computers and eat at the same time they put tape over the outlet and also can put the customers and employees at risk for a Fire hazard 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Very quiet atmosphere and constantly clean. The staff is very polite and quick with service. Food is consistent hot and delicious. I do want to highlight Joshua who provided exceptional customer service. He’s definitely going high places. I don’t leave many reviews so this should tell you something.
