The food was old.. had to ask for fresh food. Old fries and nuggets...so now we have cold burgers and fresh fries and nuggets.

came here at night not too long ago for a mobile order. the crew messed up the order which was completely fine since mistakes are bound to happen (they forgot nuggets) so i went around the drive thru and got them again. but when i got home and served the food to my family i come to find out that one of the daves burger doubles meat is no longer good. the meat smells rancid, tasted rancid and overall had a really bad smell and taste. it was so bad that my dad couldn’t take more than 2 bites out of it. I don’t know what happened to this wendy’s since I had been here for the longest time but this was really disappointing to say the least. I would’ve gone back to the location but decided it wasn’t worth going around the drive thru again.

I used to like this Wendy's, but they are not really friendly here, the drive thru don't even say hi or anything at all.Parking: They need to powerwash or clean the parking. Looks dirty to me I don't know if it's the leaves

Night crew….Make the moment right. Very disappointed in service… they messed up my order which is fine but did not want to fix it….and walked away . Very poor attitude. Business is money… and be careful how you treat people.
Haven't been to Wendy's in years, but the burgers were juicy and yummy just as I remembered. The manager at this location was very nice, and the staff was very helpful.When I was a kid we used to dip our french fries into our milkshakes... The sweet and salty flavors go well together... try it! :) ?

The dark-haired lady on the night shift is very rude, she treats you very badly with a very disrespectful attitude. When they close the restaurant in the drive truck you have to wait a long time because they don't start preparing your order until you get to the window. It's fast food with extra slow service.

It's almost like they train their cashiers to NOT have any personality and be as bland as possible without crossing into "being rude".I've seen 5 or 6 different payment window employees over the past year or so and each one is the same way.Genuinely do not understand it.I'll change my review if I get some sort of explanation.
