The cashier may have been a team lead or manager....if not she needs to be!!!! She provided excellent customer service I had said if the fries are hot I would like an order of fries. She assured me the fries would be hot. So I ordered them and in the middle of us deciding on the rest of our order that wonderful attentive cashier saw out of the corner of her eye that the fries just came out of the fryer and went and got my fries she gave them to me right then!!!!! Yay my fries were hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot!!! Yay!! Our entire order was fresh hot and delicious! Service was outstanding!! The kitchen looked clean & tidy, and the dining area was clean. The women's restroom was clean too. The atmosphere was relaxing as there was no unnecessary kitchen area commotion or loud talking. Amazing experience!

This is my go to spot for good chilli. When I want a Frito Pie, I have my Fritos on deck, swing into Wendy's and order a hot large chilli with melted cheese and fresh cut onions with an ice coke. I have a quick and delicious hearty lunch. Thank you guys!

On March 30 2025 at 1:55 , Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location. I ordered a #1 combo and waited over 10 minutes for my food and it came out cold but cooked. I went back up, asked for a manager and four minutes later the manager came out and said I’ll just give you your money back. I came here to eat not to get my money back, and there was roaches running across the floor of the dining room. I have been eating this location for 25 years

Ask for mint frosty she assume I want vanilla then makes an annoyed smirk when I said I prefer chocolate
I asked for medium she gave me small but I didn’t feel like correcting her on her job 2x
Had two burgers and the bottom buns on both were hard as hell for some reason. I didn’t and couldn’t eat either bottom bun. Trash. Fries weren’t hot at all and I was told that they were made fresh. This scared me away from Wendy’s. They're grosser than Arby’s!!!

After placing my order in the drive thru, the drive thru worker had me to pull up to the window. I was told my total, but to verify my total I asked again when I got to the window. The worker shook their head instead of verbally responding yes, or no to confirm that the total was correct. I was then told that my food is already at the window and that is where I grabbed it immediately after paying. I told the worker to have a nice day and they didn’t respond back. Not to mention, I was not provided a receipt. As I made my way to eat my food, my fries tasted fresh and they were hot. Then I grabbed a saucy nugget and noticed the nuggets were not crispy or slight crispy and the sauce and nuggets were cold. I also asked for buffalo sauce that was not spicy, but the ones provided were spicy. After analyzing my experience within that quick five minutes, I have determined that I dealt with very poor customer service and I paid for partial poor quality food. While I find this behavior and food handing unacceptable, I will simply duly note it in this review in hopes that management will rapidly address the situation so that this does not happen to someone else.

Must've been standing there for like 10 minutes waiting to be attended. The lobby was completely empty, and there was like 2-3 cars outside. The manager kept getting my order then going away every like 20 seconds or so for minutes at a time. Finally left when she got my full order but didn't total it and went away again. Really slow service in lobby, but maybe drive through is a different story.
