I can't understand why fast food restaurants have doubled in prices, but still get mad if you ask for fresh food . Even fries were cold .

I was in Kingwood for an event, so it was my first time at this Wendy's. I don't expect stellar customer service but this was ridiculous. I used the drive-thru and the gentleman that took my order was sort of rude and seemed annoyed. The gentleman at the second window where one picks up the food had what I would describe as an evil state the entire time. He said no words even though i was super friendly. I asked for salt and he looked at me like he was super pissed off. When i said thank you with a smile he just glared at me angrily. It was really bizarre. Positives: The gentleman who took my money was really nice and the sandwich was hot.

I had never been to a Wendy's, I thought it would be a good thing, but it wasn't a fatal experience since they asked us to order, they didn't give us condiments, when we asked for them they only gave us a Ranc, the food was cold and the fries were ice cold, I didn't like it. They wanted to visit a Wendy's.
Went in there for breakfast this morning, iced coffee was bad, didn’t have any flavor. Biscuit sandwich was hard, threw it out after one bite. And the fries were over cooked. Pretty bad experience. And waste of $10

This place is full of degenerate little teenagers. Hire some professional people or I see this place closing down soon. The girl looked at me as if she didn't understand that fries come with a combo meal. You order a combo meal and get a burger in a bag and nothing else. Totally ridiculous. The children working here at night are obviously hooking their friends up and not focusing on PAYING customers. Fries were hot but half full. Horrible location!
