Short Hispanic lady in a black uniform took our order - maybe the manager? Put it wrong into the machine 3 times, we had to correct her, (putting in chocolate frosty instead of caramel crunch, not putting in items we asked for, etc) and our order still came out wrong and lukewarm - not hot. Asked for extra caramel in our frosty - we received none. Would not reccomend this location if even the manager does not know how to work the counter.

Maybe we caught them on an off night but this was one of the less enjoyable orders from Wendy's I've had. We had a fairly decent size order at 9:00 p.m. about five of their biggie bag bundles. Normally they will separate them into their own bags. However, they were all piled in one bag together which made sorting it amongst everybody a little difficult Also, pretty much everything was cold except for the one crispy chicken sandwich. They had to fresh Cook which is why they had us pull around to the front. The employees were less than friendly, I felt like we were interrupting something and we're an inconvenience. I haven't been to this Wendy's before and I don't see myself in the area going back anytime soon. So maybe this was a one-off.

Worst Wendy’s I think I’ve ever been to the food was cold and traste like it’s been sitting there all day. Who ever the owner is might want to get more involved with the day to day operations. Definitely won’t be returning.

The manager gave me five nuggets, charged me for ten and when I asked him to either provide five additional nuggets to match my purchase or replenish half of my purchase he began yelling at me and saying things like “Hey Buddy! It’s the same cost either way” like I was being problematic. He didn’t understand the assignment poor man. He did however aggressively give me a refund once we could not come to an agreement on the transaction and I returned his five nuggets. Went to the McDonald’s 2 minutes away and received excellent service.

We came ten minutes before close and Tabatha made sure we had the best care. The whole crew went out of their way to satisfy our order and went a live and beyond. Our food was well prepared and delicious!

Just went here and store was gross. There was noone there and everyone was just standing around. The floor was sticky and trash cans were overflowing. I ordered my food and waited 45 min for cold and what looked like old food. When I complained everyone looked like they didn't understand me. I then waited another 15 minutes for the food to be replaced and still nothing. The soda machine was broken and when I asked for a refund they didn't want to give me one. The manager argued with me about the refund and called someone for permission. She was clearly not happy with me. I will never go to this establishment again. Worst ever. Save yourself and eat somewhere else. Literally anywhere else!!!

Food was cold we dine in and they were extremely rude to us about our order when we asked about why it was cold and then the staff on top of being extremely rude took a like 30 minutes to give us the cold food I'm disappointed by my visit and I hope they approve in the future to add on to this the manager oh whatever the hell she is could even do her job by handling our problem was beyond disappointed by the way she handled it will not come again and refuse to even give me a refund till I raised my voice

Gave them a second chance since the remodel. I had a mobile order. The person working the drive thru was to busy talking on her phone to get my order correct. I was missing a medium fry and I ordered 2 chocolate frostys, I got a chocolate and a vanilla. How hard is it to look at what was ordered to get it right? Like I said I could not believe she wouldn’t stop talking on her cell phone while filling orders and working the drive thru window. I tried and tried to call to tell them about my order being wrong. They wouldnt answer the phone. 3 strikes you are out. Last 3 visits have been horrible. Will not go back.
