(starting off by saying we went more than an hour before close ) the service was terrible … we had to wait more than 15 minutes and we were the only people there. the food was wrong ( specialty sandwich came with none of the ingredients) and the cheese fries had cold unmelted cheese, cold fries and soggy bacon. it was genuinely disgusting and inedible. do better :,)

The restaurant looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. The carpet is nasty and sticky. Why in the world would anyone put carpet in a fast food restaurant? The wood chairs are also sticky and gross from decades of soda spills. The booths all have rips in them. The lighting is dim and depressing. The food was ok. The cashier got my husband's order wrong because my husband ordered a double and got a single and when he told the cashier his response was 'uh...so you want another patty?' yes, genius, we paid for two, we would like two. You can't get your own soda, they have to get it at the front counter and they have a label for Coke Zero. My husband asked for Coke Zero and the cashier started dispensing from the Diet Coke. My husband said 'no, Coke Zero, please.' and the guy responds 'oh nothing comes out of that one. We just use this one. They're basically the same thing.' Uh, nope, Diet Coke and Coke Zero taste different. But he just proceeded to give us Diet Coke anyway. Really weird and unpleasant experience.

Horrible. They had me look at the breakfast menu for a a few minutes just to tell they me they were switching over to lunch. I choose their lunch and they gave me a cold burger with the patty still basically frozen and cold fries. Their breakfast is good but service always sucks here and after this terrible experience. I won't be going back . Save your money and time and go to a different Wendy's. I hope they shut down.

Go to another Wendy's - stay away from this one. The Mgr. Is nice, however 3303 W Lake Housing Pkwy in Kingwood is awful. They almost always leave something out of my order and the drinks taste weird. The last time I was there, the young man at the drive-thru window rubbed his hands all over his face and then proceeded to hand me my drink with his hand flat over the drink top. The food tastes less and less appealing at this location. The drinks taste weird and the dining room is always a mess. I have started going to the Wendy's at the front of Kingwood where it is always clean and the people are always professional and get my order right the first time.

Probably the worst service and food ever received at a Wendy’s! There were a bunch of kids running the place…no adult. Food was cold and slopped together…gave us the wrong burgers and when taken back up front to correct, they simply took what was not supposed to be on the burgers and put what should have been on them. We decided to dine-in…workers/kids were cussing loudly…foul language…mostly the girls. I’ve had much better service when the adult manager is on site…always.

Very poor at being at the counter I stood there 5-10 mins asking for someone got completely ignored and then come off a rude attitude from workers. They have cleaning supply door wide open this place is waiting to be shut down or a law suite happening. God for bid if someone kid got into those supplies this is a hazard!

The service here is just cheeks. They've never done anything wrong here except lack of effort it seems. You'll be the only person here but it'll still take 10 minutes to get your food. Even ordering is difficult. They never understand what I'm saying so that could be a speaker problem I guess.

I have been living in Kingwood since 2004 and I can honestly say this Wendy’s has disappointed me the most.I went here this evening to order a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a sugar cookie.No only was the girl at the window rude to me, but the food was awful!The fries were cold and soggy, I had spicy nuggets mixed in with regular nuggets (ordered regular), and the cookie smelt like old moldy bread.I went back around to have them fix my order.The girl at the window proceeded to argue with me stating I had regular nuggets. I stated well I guess spicy got mixed in there.I got new nuggets and was told to move forward for fresh fries. 5 minutes later and a kid walks out and hands me cheesy fries with meat. I just wanted regular fries. Before I could say anything he runs off.I get home and find, to my surprise, one of the fries was green!I just threw everything away at that point.I thought I could let it slide when I got food poisoning from one of their salads back in 2021, but seeing how slow their service is, how rude the employees are, and disgusting the facility looks, and gross food, I will never be back to this Wendy’s.
