they took my order and they had me pull up and wait for my order so long and was not busy and just to find out my whole order is completely wrong called and they answered and hung up

There is a heavy set man that is always in the windowbhe is rude called me stupid refuse to allow to pay an uncharted for the bigger drink then kept and wouldn't give it back to me. I have reported him on several occasions and nothing is being done. He refuses to allow me to use my touch pay and wants my phone as I know that is against policy. He needs to be fired so rude
The night delivery person was very rude and did not know how to speak with customers. He behaved disrespectfully while delivering my order. Please review todayâs camera footage and take strict action. I hope your store ensures better customer service and hires staff who treat people with respect.

Our son was attending an event at nearby HCU. We decided to grab a quick bite since the event was going to run longer than expected. Since Wendyâs was minutes away, I ordered via the mobile app for drive thru pickup. This was around 630pm and the first thing we noticed was the entire parking lot was empty. Maybe a slow night, right? Unfortunately, we found out why and will definitely make sure not to patronize this location ever again. After getting our food and making the short drive back to HCU, we started eating some fries. They tasted very stale, most were burnt and covered with a ridiculous amount of salt. Garbage.
The burgers were even more disappointing. Thankfully we decided to inspect the burgers before taking a bite and so glad we did. The patties were nothing close to being fresh. Very dry, very stale, even worse than the fries. All garbage.

Itâs completely unpleasant when all you want is to go somewhere to buy something to eat, and right from the start, the microphone wasnât working â they couldnât hear us properly. When I finally managed to place my order, I got to the window and there were about three people just standing there, staring at us as if they wanted to kill us. The manager was extremely rude. I said âthank you,â and she looked at me with a threatening expression and slammed the window shut with a lot of force. The entire time, those three employees kept staring at us. I thought there were cars behind me, but we were the only ones there.
Honestly, that place always has terrible customer service. I only go there because itâs the closest one to my house. That management is complete garbage.

Elderly lady took my order i paid then came to my car not even 5 minutes later and accused me of not paying for my order seems to have dementia

Do not go here on a Sunday evening to eat. The woman that works at front I greeted her twice and no smile at all. She looked at me as if I had a vendetta against her. When I couldnât find what I wanted in the app I just left. I go where Iâm wanted. Customer service is subpar on Sunday evenings!

I've never had a problem with this location until I waited almost 5 minutes at the speaker and no one spoke. I had to drive up to the window and then wait for more than 10 minutes to get our meals. I've always loved the nuggets with bbq sauce but this time I got a burger. It looked like it was slapped together in a hurry and I got a flimsy skinny piece of lettuce.

Hey, listen. You messed up my order and charged me twice for one item, that's not cool. And the food was not hot, only lukewarm. I'm not happy about it and I won't be going back to that location. In fact, I might just stop going to your restaurants altogether. I don't usually eat fast food anyway, I prefer healthier options. But I was just being nice to my friend.
