This place has unfortunately lowered their standards. They always ask you to pull up to wait for your food whether someone is behind you or not. The kids they have working are very polite, but they struggle to keep pace with the volume of customers.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!! The male manager at this location needs to be fired ? ? he was very rude and not customer service friendly when I only wanted to purchase a Wendy's gift card for my granddaughter birthday. I reported him to corporate and never received a response from anyone. This location is a ?? NO for me for future visits.
The drive through person always have a attitude and the Poonjab manager always have a problem when you ask for fresh food their grease is always old that's why the food taste greasy and stale!

6/30/24 Went drive thru, got my order they forgot my burger. Had them fix it, no napkins, no straw for drink. Had to ask for ketchup. Seems like the Sunday crew who works here are not there mentally.
