It’s all about the service! The three musketeers, Daja, Bhudda, and BIG Tina did they thing. Daja rang me up and she was helpful w all my questions. Bhudda, the wonderful manager made me a really good pineapple mango lemonade and BIG Tina topped off the service with great personality and hospitality. Top tier for sure. I don’t even eat out like that (no more), but I’ll slide back just for them.

Take out sometime being Houston I forget how wonderful a little wendy can be, a stop for lunch, hot fresh and always a blast from the past, being from the Tennessee area this was a reminder of home. Sometimes a simply lunch can be a hr bacon cheeseburger and a frosty with fries. Thanks Wendy'

A employee by the name of Johnathan so he say (Hispanic guy) refused to serve me breakfast and told me they only serving lunch at this time. It’s 7am in the morning so how you only serving lunch. He was very rude. I felt like he was being racist. I asked for the manager he replied “he’s the only manager”. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!

Staff at drive through window very discourteous. I asked that my 2 $5Biggie bag orders be bagged separately when I ordered and was told Okay. My burgers were differently made and I’d asked for barbecue sauce in one and ranch in the other so I knew which went to each person in my backseat. At the window u was told they had a policy and everything had to go in one bag. When I said I would not know which burger was whose the young lady said snippily - open them up and you will know. As you might imagine- no one wanted to open a burger to see it was for someone else (not sanitary) or eat one someone else had fiddled with. The young lady continued her ranting when I called for a manager and while the manager was speaking to me. I suggested the best solution was for me never to come to that location again because even the manager did not attempt to stop Miss. Nasty from ranting.
