I ordered two breakfast meals through the drive thru and the fries were cold. I had to go inside and ask for a fresh batch. They did make them fresh for me which took an extra 2-3 minutes, but I felt like that’s something that the kitchen should be aware of: how long have these been sitting here? Don’t you also need to know expiration dates? How is time under the heat lamp any different? Everyone was nice and friendly and the rest of the meal was delicious.

Solid Wendy's. I mobile order dine-in for lunch and they've always got my order correct and on-time. Plenty of wide parking spots and big lot. Only minor complaint is a gigantic pothole at one of the driveways but that's Houston for ya. At least the pothole is avoidable.

They dont want to take the time to listwn to you at the drive thru all they want to do is Rush u offf the timer..bad service order was not even right when we gor it. Ordered 2 items and then only got one due to her ruahing everything !!!

Waited for a long time to bring out a sandwich that was not ready with the rest of the food and was so hungry that I started eating it and noticed a strange taste and saw the meat was greenish.
Charge you $12 for a combo to give you a stale burger with nothing on it that’s not even what you asked for. Par for the course with this location.

Every time I come to this location, they have some issue, or refuse to hand me my food when I identify myself. Ordered ahead of time for drive thru, but they refused to hand me my food unless I walked inside, yelling at me that I’m uber. I know I ordered on YOUR app. Fix this.
