I’ve never rated a fast food this low but if I could have given it a negative 1 then I would have. This location is garbage and needs to be shut down. Employees are rude as hell. The store was empty express for one other customer, so why are the tables dirty? I ordered the panko fish sandwich which was overcooked and so hard until it was inedible. I will NEVER visit this location again. I mean that with every fiber of my being.

They have terrible service the little guy in the drive thru is too saucy and needs to calm that attitude down. The manager can't speak English and is very rude . I hated the service. They had the doors locked at 8:30 p.m but there was 2 losers in the lobby laughing at me through the window trying to get in. It was perfectly acceptable to have them sitting in the lobby meanwhile customers weren't allowed in. I will be glad when they fire some of these useless workers. EXTREMELY long line and terrible service I'm surprised they are in business. Failure to communicate in English to the customers is not acceptable .

Worst experience ever! This wendys always is missing something. I placed a mobile order & was missing several items the boy who answered was nice and passed the phone to a lady who was so rude telling me it's in the bag ... I told her no it's not I unsealed the sticker sealed bag myself if maybe she could help and she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back in case it was disconnected but no the lady was horribly rude & hung up.

The staff was nice and the food not too bad. However what makes this experience poor was the fact that were several fruit flies flying around the ketchup pump as I was about to get some. That's really bad when you see sos many flying around. Also the building outside looks nice but inside the chairs are all torn up. The inside has potential to be nice but it looks like upper management doesn't want to spend money to upgrade the place. At least keep it clean. I really don't wanna come back just thinking about the insects and what else might be lurking in the back.

Multiple times this restaurants has closed early. By 15 mins. Had 2 other cars behind me that they also refused service to. Stating that they were closed after making me wate at the speaker for another 10

Angel, the african-american male on front counter is excellent. Great order taker, very respectful. Im a manager in the food industry and he stands out. Keep him. He is the sole reason i will come back. More people like him are needed.

The soda pop was flat or it didn't have anything in it. Maybe it was just carbonation. Fries were a little bit burnt. A little crispy. Hamburger was just average.
