Today I visited the store for there new bacon burrito and the tortilla was very old and hard they did not put any bacon the cheese sauce was clumpy this was horrible breakfast for me

absolutely one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to what’s the point of ordering on the app when you have to wait 20+ minutes get your order and people that have came after you get this before you. always forgets something it’s very annoying. this has happened on numerous occasions i use to go often due to it being close to my job.

Overcooked my burger Pattie’s shriveled up so small & burger was dry they forgot ketchup & mayo that goes on the burger. Food & fries were not fresh.

the worst customer service ever!! stood in drive through for 30 mins before my turn just behind 2 cars and when it was my turn the old lady just gave too much attitude and the food was really bad too

Food was good. Person was nice. But they take forever to get you your food even when you order ahead. I got there at 4:50 and it took till 5:20 to get my food. Then there was another customer angry at the manager cause he asked and employee to help me even tho I was in the drive thru and she was inside and I got there first.

Complete disaster . Stopped in for something quick the lobby was closed during lunch . Only the drive thru but I came in to use the restroom that smell as if the keep the sewage in site ... Will not return .
