Why isn’t this place shut down already? I don’t know what’s worse?! The employees bad attitudes or the slop we receive each time we give this location a chance.. Good thing Whataburger is down the road.

I want to start by saying the staff at this location are disgusting, rude, and unprofessional. We ordered food through uber eats and never received our order. Our driver called us, after he arrived to pick up our order, stating that in the Wendy’s employee’s words “someone already picked it up”. Our driver did everything he could to try to get our order including trying to have me speak with the staff as well. The staff member was very rude and was yelling. He said “he already made the food and was not going to make it again”. Even though it was their fault that the order was incorrectly given to the wrong person. Today is July 30th at 9pm-10pm. I was unable to get the staff member’s name however this situation was very unprofessional and they need to be addressed. As someone who has worked in customer service jobs for over 6 years I am very understanding and normally never complain. I don’t know what is going on at this location but someone should look into it.

The most laziest dirtiest stretched out food You will ever see and you will see why when you see who’s working there!!! I own a home in this community for over 10 years and it literally gets Worse, and the Auto part is that they do it proudly… I have other pictures, but I’d rather you come experience it yourself One of the worst Wendy’s ever

I ordered DoorDash and it was 3 items with the meals. I had a Sprite with no ice, vanilla frosty and a chocolate milk for my child’s kids meal. It seemed that the dasher doesn’t speak Spanish and the people didn’t even give the dasher our items. All we had was our food. So we didn’t get our drinks at all. On top of that, I tried to call to speak to the manager to complain and the phone was never answered and I’m so done with them. I will be ordering Wendy’s with DoorDash in another location. DON’T GO OVER THERE!!!
