Slacking Slacking Slacking. First you dont correctly hear the order right, next you get the order wrong followed by cold food DURING LUNCHTIME 3/8 AT 1PM. The crew working at that tine needs SERIOUS retraining. Not only that, NASTY fountain drinks with trash floating in it. Totally reporting this to KTRK, KPRC, KHOU, and KRIV.

Avoid this location! Lobby is locked and closed at 8:55 am but the app is still taking mobile orders for this location and you can't cancel your order because the live chat is down and the phone number is also temporarily closed. The lady told me to go through the drive thru which isn't safe.

Thank you for honoring our veterans. I went for breakfast on Veterans Day and got a meal. The person at the register was happy to help. The service was fast, however they were not that busy, but they still did not hesitate to give fast service. Hot breakfast on a Saturday morning, yum! Thanks again for honoring veterans.

Place needs better leadership. Several minutes waiting at cash register before anyone acknowledge me. Restaurant needs deep cleaning. They were out of multiple drinks at the machine. Ketchup in the pump tasted not good. Staff seemed very confused. Literally forgot about my order until the supervisor asked them about it. Crazy thing it was slow, nobody inside and just 2 cars in the drive thru. So no excuses for service.

Went by Drive Thru ordered a smsll Chocolate Frosty. They fill the cup all the way to the top, then place the lid on top of that causing it to drip on my clothes!

I walked in and placed an order--4 burgers without cheese and 2 small frosties. I got 4 cheeseburger combo meals, 3 large frosties, and a bill for twice what I expected. I said no, that's not what I ordered. A manager appeared, and a rapid fire conversation in Spanish occured, of which I got enough that she told the mgr this is exactly what I ordered and I'm just not happy with the food. I told the mgr it was the service I wasn't happy with, keep the food and give me back my money.Most Wendy's have decent fast food, but drive past this one!!
