The drive-through interaction I experienced today did not go as expected.
There were extremely loud construction noises directly adjacent to my vehicle while I attempted to order at the window. Due to these loud noises, it was impossible for me to communicate effectively with the lady using the speaker and she grew frustrated and treated me with impatience and rudeness. This created an un-welcoming interaction.

The worst Wendy’s I have every went to the employee that had to take my order was the most rudest person I have ever met she went away from the order screen a lot of time when I tried to see what I ordered she gave the receipt to me when I gave it back takes it out my hand with the baddest attitude you can ask for my food was nasty it had left over blood in it and it was cold so if I was you never come back here or you’ll pay the price

Check your order and bank statement if you stop by this location. Didn’t get any of my order correct and charged my card for someone else’s order. Yet on my receipt it was correct

Went yesterday with my girlfriend and the establishment was ran by kids , Hispanic girl took my order and was giggling in the back the whole time taking my order , I figured my order was gone be messed up but I had hope , got my order had a drink that I didn’t order so it was the wrong order and just threw our food in 2 bags , please get an adult in this establishment
Went to this wendys since I was close to it. The manager was by herself doing drive thru but no one was helping the counter they said will be with you in a minute I saw her helping car after car after car and was there standing like close to 15 minutes and left the worst part that she was chatting away on her phone on speaker it was nothing important since I could hear the conversation. I would understand if it was something related with work or a family emergency but it wasn't. Well seems I won't go to this wendy's after all. Need better service.
