Fortunately for me, I was only picking up an order when I witness a very unfortunate, unsanitary and disgusting act. As I was waiting, I witness a worker at approximately 9:03pm on 1/03/2026, drop the french fry container on the floor. Instead of the worker throwing the container away and getting a new one, she picked it up off the floor and proceeded to fill it with french fries and then placed it in the customers bag (not my customer). This was very disturbing and unsanitary. I would like for corporate to look into this matter (start by pulling the video footage) and retrain the worker as well as the manager on duty. Those kinds of acts within a restaurant/company can lead to hefty fines/lawsuits and not to mention illness and possibly deceases for the unaware customer(s). Please Wendy’s you must do better.

After Christmas shopping for hours I needed something fast and didn’t want a sit down meal. The first place I chose was closed so Wendy’s was closest. We both ordered their Chicken Tenders and we waited 7 minutes . The only good thing about them was they were hot. Canes reigns supreme for taste and quality in the chicken tender category and Wendy’s is just a wannabe. Cost was almost $25 for both meals and they could not even throw napkins in the bag. They get two stars only because the food was hot and I didn’t get sick afterwards.

The Sprite was over carbonated. The nuggets weren't fried hard or long enough. The fries weren't all that hot and we still had to pull up and wait for our whole order to turn out like this.

it's Sunday 4:15 whoever the young lady is working at the window should get a raise!!!! I just left there and I had no clue what I was ordering I don't usually eat there she was so helpful how about stuff I wasn't even supposed to. I lol she took her time she explained things but her overall sweet demeanor made me happy! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she's definitely a keeper.

All this food and Wendy’s will only give you one sauce! I asked the lady for 1 more and she said it’s 50 cents!!! Crazy part is I come here at least 2-3 times a week for my son! I will not buy all this food and pay 50 cents for some weak sauce! Wendy’s count your days! You lost a loyal customer! lol🤦🏿♂️

Many mornings around 10 am, the lobby has been closed when the dinning area hours are posted to began at 7 am. No I can not access the drive through since I transport by bus. I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they need to get it together. One morning I was allowed to place my order at the drive through window on foot, due to the lobby still being closed at 7am, the next week all of a sudden I wasn't. When I came back for lunch staff was laughing like it was some type of joke. The location is accessible because I work close by and eat there almost daily, but if you can't get lobby hours together, you'll lose business. I've never had such behavior from any other Wendy's location. This is absurd.
Really good food not perfect on getting the order right but can’t complain for the most part. Everything’s good. We definitely recommend coming here.

i tried to order a kids meal with apple bites... i got told it only comes with fries multiple times... the sign/menu INSIDE the wendys said APPLE BITES in the kids meal section. might want to change the sign or just learn yalls menu. . .
