This fast food restaurant has the best customer service, cleanest lobby and restrooms. The food is consistent and never have a problem with my order. I have going here for 2 years now. Thanks to management and crew for being great.

Terrible service. No different than McDonald's but McDonald's doesn't pretend to have decent customer service or better food. Have to ask the amount at drive through for the total and for receipt. And they have an annoyed look when you ask for receipt or to confirm the total. And this most recent time visiting I didn't get my burger just the chili. Won't be going back.

The food was good, my issue is with the cashier Valery (the young hispanic girl). From the moment I walked up, the employee didn’t greet me, didn’t smile once, and had an attitude the entire time. While I was trying to order, she wouldn’t make eye contact, kept walking away mid-order, and didn’t even hand me my receipt—she just left it in the printer; twice.
Later during the same visit, I went back to order Frostys for my kids. I asked for smalls, but she rang them up as mediums. I didn’t realize the mistake until she went to give them to me and I asked if it was a size small. She asked, “Did you ask for a medium or a small?” I told her I said small, and she replied, “You didn’t say nothing,” then walked off and ignored me. Even if by chance I didn’t state I wanted a small, she should have clarified and asked instead of assuming.
She seemed annoyed to do the math for the price difference, and when she brought the money over, she just set it on the counter instead of handing it to me and walked away. The Frostys weren’t even filled all the way compared to the original mediums she originally brought over. My biggest issue is that she didn’t treat other customers this way—just me.
I don’t know what her issue is, but she needs to get over her bratty self. I bit my tongue because my kids were with me, but next time, I won’t.

I asked for no onions since I can't eat them and got onions. I ordered cheese fries w extra cheese that I paid for and no extra cheese. Allso cheese sauce was very salty
I want to express my great admiration for this place and its team! For the first time in a long while, I had a truly delicious Spicy Chicken Sandwich, cooked in fresh oil with light and clean frying. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

I placed an order for an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club combo at the drive-thru. The young man who took my order was very polite. I live about 13 minutes away, and my food was still warm when I arrived home. My chicken sandwich was delicious; not every location prepares it this well, which is why I'm happy to drive a little further.

Just had the NASTIEST baconater ever. Zero flavor and it didn’t even seem like it was all the way cooked or the meat may have been bad. If I end up getting sick I’m going to lose it. And my son’s nuggets and fries were cold and tasted like they had sat out for a while. Very disappointed, but I should have known better because this location has never been good for me.
