It doesn't matter the day of the week, or who is working the drive-thru....they always have bad energy. Like, they are literally always mad about something. They talk rough, and treat you like you're bothering them. You ask for jelly, they give you one. They upsize your meal without your requesting it, which costs more. They don't thank you, or show any gratitude for your patronage. It's always the same.

4 stars because it took a minute for someone to help us, and both employees who helped didn't seem to want to be there. It was the middle of the afternoon and slow time, but... The food was good and didn't take long once ordered.
I parked in that area I did not go to Wendy's I actually was going to an appliance place on Hoover

Place is a little run down on the outside. The food was good, but they did mess our order up and had to go to the counter twice to have our burgers fixed right. Ate lunch with a coworker and it was about 2pm. Think we may have seen one other customer walk in and possibly one in the drive-through. Doesn't seem to get too much business. Parking lot is hard to find if your not looking for the entrance as well.

When you tell them meat and cheese only on your burger, make sure you tell them bacon is a meat. Apparently they don’t know bacon is a meat and took it off our burger. Please, at least higher people who understand what meat is.
