The food was cold and it seemed they had it made in advance because my fries were cold and the burger wasn't hot....my coffee had a waxy substance that settled at the bottom...although I did call and let them know and even though they did say to return....its just disturbing that THIS wendys operates like that...not even free will ever buy from this wendys...im super dissaponted im incredibly disturbed and highly unsatisfied with the quality of this wendys food....HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE

I ordered on the app but when I got to the store they didn’t have what I ordered…no refund available, too late to cancel the order on the app, manager Albert or Alfred or whatever his name is is absolutely useless and smelled like pot. So I guess I just lose my money.

This location really needs to shut down or hire a whole new crew! It’s ridiculous here. Every time I have came here (except once in the afternoon) the food is old, horrible customer service, and a long wait. I hardly come here for this reason but it’s the closest to me so I try them out every once in a while and they fail every time. Tonight I waited in the drive thru 40 mins to get to the speaker 5 mins before closing and no response and the lights turned off. I had a mobile order I was picking up and would’ve been cancelled had I known I had the option. But I will eat anywhere else before I come here again at night. The staff need to do better!

The signage was torn for a long period of time, like several months close to a year, right off hwy 290 and pinmont St in Houston, TX. Service was good, just a bad store appearance from the street.

The drive thru cashier had me park til they bring out the food but problem is they never brought it out why have sumone park if u wasn't gonna bring out the food had to get out and walk in and get my food and I only ordered a double stack when I went inside they had my food sitting at the drive thru with no intentions of ever bringing it out.......and didn't have positive attitudes or even apologetic about it at all.....they cld do a lot better

Haunted Wendy’s Experience

I pulled up craving a Frosty and left questioning my sanity. The sign out front looks like Wendy got possessed by a demonic clown think It meets Fast Food Nation. The face is cracked, painted over, and honestly terrifying. I’m pretty sure it whispered my name when I got out of the car. Food was fine (classic Wendy’s), but I couldn’t enjoy my nuggets knowing the building might be cursed. Staff was nice, but I feel like they’ve accepted their fate. One of them had a thousand yard stare and mumbled something about “the recipe never changing.” This location feels like the setting of a low-budget horror movie where people vanish after ordering a 4 for $4. Would not recommend after sunset.

It doesn't matter the day of the week, or who is working the drive-thru....they always have bad energy. Like, they are literally always mad about something. They talk rough, and treat you like you're bothering them.
You ask for jelly, they give you one. They upsize your meal without your requesting it, which costs more.
They don't thank you, or show any gratitude for your patronage.
It's always the same.
