Stop an hour before closing and order 10 piece Chicken nuggets combo #3 and a combo #5 Grilled Chicken Sandwich and proceeded to window where we paid, received our drinks and asked for ketchup then instructed to move up to door area and got our order within a minute was surprised. We drove to our Hotel less than 3 minutes away got settled looking forward to our meals then surprised to see a Grilled Chicken Wrap Combo instead of Grilled Chicken Sandwich also got no damn ketchup!! Food was still good just didn’t get what I wanted.. A little more attention would get me to re-visit this location ever again.

Seems the customer service and quality of food has gone down the drain here. I was served an old hamburger patty with cheese on top that you could tell had been sitting up somewhere. I was finally able to place an order after having to leave due to the extremely long line on 2 separate occasions last month. The drive thru window worker was extremely rude with an attitude. I politely told her "thank you" after handing me my food and she slammed the raggedy drive thru door in my face. I'll just drive a further distance to a different location when I decide I want to give Wendy's another try. Seems they were short staffed and just hired whoever they could to fill the positions.

Juanita is amazing. I walked in during breakfast time and noted that it was too early for burgers. However, Juanita immediately said "anything is possible with me." I ended up with two burgers with no hesitation. I am very grateful for the refreshing positive upbeat vibe and attitude. Juanita definitely deserves a raise and we need more people like her in the world. ☮️?️♥️
