When I pulled up to this location there was no one in line so I'm thinking this would be a quick trip. I ordered my food was told to park they would bring the food out. 8 minutes go by and we still haven't gotten our food I go inside to see what's the hold up and the workers are sitting there talking. When I asked about my food she said they were still working on it. I was okay with waiting but when she finally gave me my food there was hair on it. All in the bag and outside. The worker could care less. I was livid at this point. They never gave me my receipt and thought nothing of it. Overall will not go back here. Customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this location.

I was a regular at this Wendy’s & I will never return again in my life because I actively watched the diversity become little to non. Since this force of change, there is a comfortability that your employees should not have obtained that results in disrespecting customers in different forms of discrimination. This new decision in hiring is not making this place better it is making it segregated. Your employees are using this change in a negative manner.

So I went to this location and ordered food on my Wendy’s app and one of the things I ordered was the loaded fries, bacon Nader fries and they gave me six slices of bacon hole. At first, they was telling everybody through the drive-through that they had some kind of technical Problem going on and that they wasn’t serving anybody, but that was a lie because they had a lobby full of people waiting for their food and a long line in the drive-through but because I paid through the app, I had to wait on my fries 10 minutes. That means the rest of my food was cold

They run out of food, the service sucks sometimes, they can't keep employees, I feel sorry for the lady manager who s always works and she is short staffed at times.

The food was hot and fresh, the staff was friendly, however, the soda machine didn't have many options available. Plenty of sitting inside but limited parking which is shared with the gas station.

I don’t know who’s the manager tonight but I DoorDash an order and they closed the store 30 minutes before closing time. This is unacceptable and not professional I won’t order here again and I’ll be contacting corporate as well.
