I ordered nuggets and fries. The fries tasted like old oil. Half of my meal was inedible and not worth the trip to replace it with fries from the same oil.

Went to this Wendy’s today and ordered a Dave’s patty with an extra patty (comes single, I wanted double). They forgot to add the extra patty so I told them. The server gave me the extra patty in a wrapper. I asked him to make me a sandwich with the extra patty ON the burger and he told me that I can put it on myself. Never in my entire life have I been told that I have to make my own sandwich at a fast food restaurant! Lol I’m truly baffled. Who runs this place?

I just left from here, went through the Dr thru, I ordered the $6 biggie bag double stack and wanted it toasted. It wasn't toasted and i only had one patty on my burger. On top of that I added a an extra 4pc. I'm calling and no one is answering, then I call back now it's just hanging up now. It's messed up and wrong!!!

I used to come here all the time. I still enjoy the food. However, I think its ridiculous to wait 10 on a coffee. The excuse was you had to make coffee from scratch. :(

poor customer service. came to wendys about 8:45pm ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, an order of fries and a sprite. “park,” they tell me. “we only have one chicken patty prepped.” Fine, its late, maybe they dont have enough. I’ll wait. It’s 9:21pm, and no sign of my food in site. Ridiculous. Close your store if you dont want to serve at night. Geeze.Edit: finally got our food. the french fries were so old and cold we couldn’t eat them. ordered one sandwich with no mayo, guess what was slapped all over my sandwich? oh yes, that pesky mayo i didnt want. not like they care, but i will never be back to this store.
