Hispanic Lady at windows had a TERRIBLE attitude. Handed me food and closed windows. Acted like I was bothering her when I tried getting her attention so I can get some chili sauce. Looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Gave me a snarl. All that, I still said thank you, no response. Not used to this in Houston

Just left the drive thru the workers are lazy as soon as I pulled in the drive thru there was no cars and line and the cashier said can I hold for a minute! The food was warm when I asked for fresh fries they re dipped them and gave me burnt and hard fries tried to calling in but they keep ignoring their phones! Plus they didn’t give me no receipt fire the whole STAFF
