The buns were hard so obviously old. The food had no flavor. I like Wendy’s but something is off at this location. The seat cushions are non existent in the dining area. Feels like you’re sitting on a 2x4 with no cushion.

The lobby is never open. It’s supposed to be open until 10pm. This is the 4th time in two weeks it hasn’t been open. Some people don’t have cars to go through the drive thru. The app allows you to order dine in but the dining room isn’t open. They close the doors early to prevent having to serve walk in customers.

I go to Wendy's all the time but I got a Dave's single tonight that was just absolutely delicious. I'm not sure why sometimes the beef is so tasty like that and other times it's kind of just normal or bland, but tonight was absolute perfection!

At 9:45 last night we were told at the drive through that they were only taking orders by DoorDash. The workers on-site flat refused to take our order at the restaurant. Is this some new policy? I've been dining at Wendys for at least 30 years and I'm ready to never return.

I am so disappointed with today's service 😞

Overcharged for drinks (not natural strawberry lemonade)- charged for baconators and received son of baconators- 3 different trips for missing items 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Avoid if possible. Sat there trying for minutes to get the app to work while the employees just watched. Then after multiple failed attempts went to the counter to be told the systems down and they can only take cash. No sign on the door or anywhere, no assistance from the employees. I understand why it’s always empty when I drive by.
