I have tried to order food here via uber eats multiple times an hour or 2 before they close.
I watch multiple drivers attempt to pick up my food and they are never able to get it and my order is eventually cancelled.
When i try to call and find out what the issue is, the phone rings once and then hangs up.

I am a public servant a fateful customer for years. This past weekend, I visited my usual location and had a horrible experience. I need to use the RR and was told it was out of order. No sign, nothing posted on door or anything. The young man was going to give me the code but the young lady behind the counter said no, it of order.
This was a blatant form of discrimination. I then asked for a manager or the number to call and was informed to check the website. I did this the reason for this post. DO NOT VISIT THE WENDYS LOCATION NEAR UOH CENTRAL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISCRIMATORY PRACTICES.😠

This location is in the heart of Third Ward but in the middle of UofH and TSU college's. I haven't experienced any difficulties with my orders they're made to order and I love that about this location

Possibly the worst Wendy's that I've ever been to I would not recommend you go here. The fries were cold, the nuggets were stale, the burger wasnt had cheese when that was asked to not be the case, and the mobile order wasn't ready and everyone in the drive thru had to pull over to the side for them to take 15 minutes to prepare the horrible old stale food. And I didn't ask for the spicy nuggets.

This cashier of the dine in was extremely rude, I was saying DoorDash delivery I haven’t show the name of the customer and he gave me attitude and rolled his eyes.
He needs to train how to treat DoorDash and UberEats as any other customers, not treating us like animals or second class. He needs to get fire.
