Between 7:00pm and 7:30pm i ordered parmesan caesar with a LG Dr.p from the widow when getting my food and get to my house I mixed my food up with the dressing and after having a few bits in, I get a ball of dirt in my food and chewing on rocks they do not clean their veggies when serving. This restaurant should be inspected and closed!!

Will not return came last Thursday night. I ordered my food, once I made it to the window, the young hispanic guy whispers into the headset something about myself to the other young lady she came over to laugh and look at me. I dont know what the issue was, I was polite and ordered my food properly. I figured it had to be some stupid racist stereotypical behavior because the young lady stared at me and started laughing, once I received my food the young man was staring at me frowning as if i had did something wrong so much so that my son was willing to take his uniform off from where he works and return to the store because we could not understand what the problem was because i literally ordered my food and pulled to the window. My chicken was cold the cheese hadn’t even melted. They poured the mayo on my sandwich, it was horrible. I will be contacting either Wendy’s corporate or find out the franchise owner info

I usually don’t go to this location but I went there with my brother. We ordered through the drive thru. We got our meal and everything once we got home we saw that we were given the wrong items (food that we can’t eat) and I thought maybe they heard me wrong as they didn’t give me the receipt so I went and got it fixed. Well the next time I went was during breakfast and this time I ordered online so the same thing won’t happen again, but as soon as I got home same thing a whole other item. I took it back and they didn’t even apologize or anything, saying that they tried to wave us down, but who will look in the rear view mirror when they are trying to get on the road. Never going back there again and I advise others not to either

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The drive-thru service was extremely poor. The individual taking my order was combative and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of guiding me through the ordering process, he seemed irritated that I was placing an order at all.
He came across as rushed and condescending, even when I tried to anticipate typical follow-up questions such as drink choices and sizes. Despite my efforts to be clear, he repeatedly ignored what I said, forcing me to repeat myself multiple times. The interaction felt unnecessarily frustrating and dismissive.
Ultimately, I chose to cancel my order due to how I was being treated. I’ve since submitted a formal complaint through the corporate support line. Unfortunately, the team member seemed unbothered — and even pleased — that we decided not to proceed with the order.

The lemonade was super sour. The taco salad was filled with thick lettuce leaf ends. Tomatoes not great, dressing terrible. The bits of tortilla chips were hard and stale. The frosty was great!

Asking for a dry burger, does NOT EQUATE TO A PLAIN MEAT AND CHEESEBURGER. IT MEANS IM ASKING FOR NO SAUCE. NO MUSTARD. NO MAYO. NO KETCHUP. I STILL WANT LETTUCE, TOMATOES, PICKLES,ONIONS, & EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON A CHEESEBURGER. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER MAN

I was in the area yesterday and I saw an employee come out the back door of the restaurant to urinate on the rocks of the drive thru menu. Then to make a gesture that he’s done pissn, he bends his knees while zipping his pants smh! Another employee comes out to see what he’s doing and they both chuckle back inside looking in my direction. The one peeing outside near the menu was a hefty black guy with glasses and the other skinny with locs. I haven’t ate at this establishment in a few years and every time I did the Holy Spirit in me was grieved, I wanted to throw up even when the food looked decent that’s why I stopped going now I know why. My brother ate here one day and said there was a guy with long nails that scratched his sac while handing his food to him that was like a year ago but he stopped coming here for that reason also. I’m drawing the line today because I saw that for a reason and I will not be held accountable by God for not saying anything, can you imagine what else is happening if they’ll do that in plain sight! I will be calling corporate this happened about 8pm July 3 25. (;
