Not sure if this location has changed owners or just management but their customer service is horrible. The drive through specifically is the worst. They are incredibly slow all times of day and most times they will not take your order until the previous customer has left with their food. They are obviously trying to game their service times by not letting any cars sit at the pick up window and by not taking an order until previous customer is gone makes it look like nobody is waiting a long time for their food. The person they pick to work the drive thru window has probably the worst attitude of the bunch.... AVOID THIS LOCATION

The only reason we stopped here was my son asked for it, if not for that I wouldn't have. Not to single out this location, just Wendy's as a whole needs to get back to where they once were with the food. The square patties would stick out of the bun, everything would be hot when you received it.

There's always an issue at this location. Either they don't have fountain drinks or they don't have ice etc. it's impossible to communicate unless you speak Spanish which I don't so if they mess up your order there's no way to let them know what they messed up and trust me they mess up every time. I won't be back after my last visit.

The order process was super fast and the window guy was nice and very respectful. However, getting to the restaurant was not easy coming off the road. You either have to turn in before or after, bc there isn't a direct entrance to tt he parking lot. Also, driving 20 minutes home to find that the order was wrong was a bit upsetting. All in all, good service, good food (fresh FF- YAY)...will most likely give them another try to get the order right. Everyone deserves a second chance. Parking: I would say that there is a plus size to not having a direct entrance to the restaurant -- there are less cars entering the parking lot b/c the ones that do, are there for the restaurant and not cutting through. Less traffic means safer for the kids who decide to run out into the parking lot.

I almost regret posting a review. Prior to this post they have 666 reviews. Truly dreadful. Told their system is down in the drive thru multiple times and this is the last time. I drive around to leave and I see them checking people out inside. I won't be back ?

Worst food ever, everything was cold ,floors were dirty. Told manager she did nothing . I didnt even eat my food threw it away.only thing good was the coke. I went back today and was treated like an inconvenience, girl told me she didnt want to be there so the customers suffered for it. Food was terrible chili absolutely sucked. Never again. Staff and owner dosen't care. Lets add to this, its been a years since i was here. Service started out great, but brought out wrong order, then a second person came in with another wrong order. I had to argue that this isnt what was ordered. . Manager came out after her employee wanted to argue and corrected the order.

Walked in, floors were sticky and the first thing the employee ask is if I walked through the door on the left of him. I said yes, and then he proceeds to say "it should be locked". Mind you it's 7:10pm and dining closes at 10pm. He leaves the register without taking my order to tend to the door about 3mins. I was the only person in dining area...why couldn't he take my order then do that. Then his co-worker manager guy asks him about the orders in a condescending way to passively tell the cashier he's not doing his job right and at this point I've still haven't got to order. I order, then a lady walks in after and he goes " how do yall keep getting in here" then she goes " well it says your dining area is open" then he exclaims " yes, but we are busy" Then he gets the order for the girl in front of me which was originally on a dine in tray and grabs a bag, then slides all the items into it while using the same hands that just touched the register. Bathroom floors were sticky. The drink machine had no juice or water options. This location is a huge mess. Not just this employee but also his co worker who watched him play with the door locks to then tell him that they were not in fact closing the doors until 9pm.....

I chose to get breakfast here as its on my way to work, had placed a mobile order in advance to hope that it would be quicker so i can get to work. Once arrived, i sat and waited for 20min while the car behind got their order 1st.
