I’m beyond frustrated with the service I received at Wendy’s. I placed my order and saw it show up on the screen, but no one said anything. I sat there waiting until I had to say “Hello?”—only then did someone finally respond, and they claimed they didn’t hear anything from us in the first place. Really? Then how did my order show up?
To make things worse, there was zero greeting, no “hi,” no “thank you,” nothing at all. It felt like I was bothering them just by showing up to place an order, like they were annoyed they had to do their job. The attitude was rude and unprofessional, and on top of that, they still forgot the ketchup I clearly asked for.
Absolutely unacceptable. This location seriously needs to work on their customer service. Do better!

I would honestly have to say this is the worst Wendy’s in the world!! Morning crew and lunch is great. The problem is the evening and night crew. Like what is going on? The food is never fresh. They always want you to pull forward or park. Like hello just get the line moving. The chili is always just soup. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I understand it’s fast food but wow at least treat your customers right. The patty on my burger that I got today was so burnt it seemed like it had been sitting in the hot hold for quite some time. I would rather drive to a further location just for better food and service. Manager and general manager really needs to do a better job at setting higher expectations for their employees. Nobody wants to waste their money on food that is suppose to be fresh and obviously is not. What a waste! Please don’t waste your time at this location.

My boyfriend and I go to this Wendy’s for the chicken BLT at least 2 a week after the gym and we’re never let down by how fresh and delicious they are!

We had to wait for a cashier. When they decided which one would take our order, I felt rushed. The floors were sticky. I didn't know until later, but my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was undercooked. I threw it away.
