First issue is walking in and my 5 year old and I almost slipped. The floor was soaking wet with no caution signs up. This was at the entrance and in the bathroom. We waited for 15 minutes for 1 kids meal. They never called us. The kids meal was fine but the freestyle coke machine was disgusting. It had no ice and every single soda was flat! Everything about this place was gross and broken.

The management here clearly doesn’t care. They should remove several items from the menu because they are never available. My orders are almost always missing something — a drink, fries, etc. By the time I notice, it’s not worth driving 12 minutes back just for a soda. Little by little, that’s how customers get taken advantage of.
The fries were extremely salty and burned. And seriously, don’t risk ruining your business just because you won’t give customers ketchup. Not worth coming here.

I went today the fries were so greasy and so much salt. I asked if I could get my frosty after we ate and they said yes. But then it was on the counter, so one of the crew members said it wasn't for right now. So she put it in the freezer where it melted. Had to wait for them to make more frosty mixer. I won't be returning.
