HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The manager has a really nasty attitude. I do not recommend this Wendy's at all. Do not come here!!!!!

This location is trash and they don’t even have all menu option as displayed on the app. A Texas Biggie Bag is advertised but when you ask for it they tell you “we don’t have a TX Biggie Bag”. The inside menu advertises a double stack biggie bag for $6 which is the exact same item as the TX Biggie Bag on the app for $5.

Slowest fast food on the planet. Placed a mobile order. Checked in at drive thru, waited patiently in line 10 minutes, told to "drive around" though everyone else got their order without doing that. Waited 8 more minutes by the door.This location is sub par.

Took my receipt and never gave it back to fix my order that was being mixed up with another persons order completely gave me the wrong drink twice and I walked away with the wrong order again. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for this. I paid in cash and now I can’t even get that receipt back I’ve never been more angry with this place and it ALWAYS had problems.

If there was a way to give a ZERO star I would. Thirty five minutes wait in the drive thru to get it all wrong and then serving with an attitude.

Nobody took our order. 3 people in line. The drive thru person and the people in the back saw customers in line and never said nothing. No wait, no hello, wait someone will be with you, just nothing. So we left. 9ish pm Saturday. Women restrooms nasty.

The spicy chicken sandwich is and has been really good. It looked like four staff were working while I was there. This particular restaurant has been efficient and worked hard to keep customers happy and repeaters.

The food and service are fine this is about the only reason I even went to this location, employment.Short staffed no positions listed online for this location. The manager keeps telling me excuses for not interviewing me.The lobby is empty and there's only a couple cars I've been waiting for a couple of days and hours at a time. This manager seems to be avoiding hiring me and I feel like he may be discriminating. I'm dressed reasonably well for the position I am seeking and I think I look professional enough for fast food.Due to the work experience that I have I likely wouldn't need very much training and would be an ideal candidate for hire. I even have some management experience from my military service.I have expressed multiple times to the manager that I am trying to get hired here.It's been slow since 1:30 pm and I've been waiting since 12:45 pm and it's currently 3:15 and I'm leaving. This isn't the first day I've been waiting here for him either.I have open availability and am capable of working 90+ hours a week I've worked more than that regularly I'm the past.Due to this manager and multiple other managers at locations for McDonald's Taco Bell Denny's Popeyes to name a few but even that isn't a full list of the 314 places I have applied gone in and talked to a manager. I have to go and panhandle just to get dinner and breakfast sorted out. I don't get food stamps yet but I'm in a situation where I qualify for them and am too busy looking for work.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Waited 45 minutes for my drive thru order and then I ask to speak to the manager and she only spoke SPANISH..... did not know how to do refunds. Waited another 15 minutes for refund and they had to call someone to walk them through the refund....? I will never be back!!!
