There was a door dash order at 1am I waited until 130am at the drive through. The lady refused to make the order and told me to cancel the order. I will complain to door dash also. I waited until 130am for a customers order and they refused to make it.

Food over priced based on advertising and wasn't hot. Management needs help and employees were not hospitable. Won't go back!

I ordered on uber, i ordered a texas burger, 2 6 pc spicy nuggets, and a baconater fry, and what i got was a 5 pc regular nugget, a single patty burger, and regular fries, all cold and hard, literally couldn’t eat it and had to throw away. tried to call their store but no one answered the phone to fix my issue. overall my order was wrong, inedible, and service was bad.

I am highly disappointed with this store. I get off work at 11 PM and every time I go to Wendy’s after work, they have an excuse as to why they can’t serve me. It’s been three nights in a row. The first time they said their fryer was off, second time the man said they were only taking cash. Who carries cash in 2025. last night I went and the man said they were only taking DoorDash orders. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the Manager, if you have time to make a DoorDash order then you have time to make a regular order.
Good. Great service & Good for the price. They had 5, 7, & 9 dollar deals. Great for the price.

Went twice in one day first no pinnacle zero or any zero sugar anything then later at night my wife went and no lids and no syrups for frostys this is the third time in a month same thing do better
It took them a while to get to me it felt like they had no intention to serve me until another worker made it clear to go about helping me. The food turned out to be pretty good, but just expected more from the many workers and employees that where present.

Had Delivery Service but I didn't get half of my order and when I called the Mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. And when they did answer the phone they hung up in your face. Poor service period. This was my dinner for the night. I guess I will go to bed hungry !!! Just pitiful service.
Purchased a #1 Hamburger large combo. Got home and first bite almost broke off a tooth on a rock that was embedded in the hamburger meat. I had to give 1 star but really I was to give that Wendy's on wallisville Rd a MINUS FIVE STARS.

This place absolutely sucks! Currently writing this review while I’ve been waiting 30 minutes to get my mobile order. If I wasn’t sick and felt bad I would have got out to get my order. This place is 🗑️🚮 whoever is working or lack of workers they suck! The manger just on his phone not helping, drive thru person sucks at his job. Horrible customer service!

Baby this was the worse experience ever, if I could have I would have caused a scene the way this little punk handled my mother in love I’m currently awaiting for someone to contact me back regarding the foolishness that went on Saturday at this location! This generation of kids are beyond my comprehension they are totally unacceptable and extremely disgraceful and disrespectful

I hope higher up reads this.. we just went by around 7pm first issue we wasn’t done ordering they just told us pull foward. 2nd issue we ask for ranch and honey mustard they gave us the bag we even asked if it was in there guy said yes but there was none 3rd issue they forgot our Cinnabon pull apart .. the MANAGER threw a big fit saying “I bag it myself I know it’s in there” kept arguing with us and crying to his employees saying he did over and over again .. my question is u bag it but did you u make sure it was given to the right person .. we own a food business too we wldnt treat our customers like that and you throwing a fit for something that cost $3 your not going to get a medal or trophy for that .. we even had a customer saying to us “they always mess up orders up here” who ever owns the food establishment please get a more mature and understanding manager
